This company are the best at what they do by a country mile . Their chocolate is ridiculously good have never tasted chocolate this good . And I am fussy . You will not be disappointed . I’ve ordered these chocolates many times for my missus, Old Bank House is her no 1 chocolate shop. All her favourites were in stock and delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Excellent quality as usual, hoping she will share a caramel cup with me.🤞

Amazing products, I get stuff from these as a treat. The milk buttons are so creamy and delicious. Highly recommend trying. The staff inside are friendly too, would recommend popping in if you are in Ambleside.

If you haven’t had chocolate from the old bank house you should visit. Even better they will send them to you. Christmas treats well received.

I fell in love with these chocolates when I visited the shop in Ambleside. I came out with a bag full of goodies and a card to order online. Having done just that, I am extremely pleased with the items that arrived all neatly packed and are just as delicious as I remember. Delivery takes a few days, which is clearly stated in the website but the wait is worth it.

Great chocolate, safely delivered and in the timescale you say. Meeting expectations is always the best way by setting achievable goals. Really pleased that I remembered to order in time so my favourite dipped flakes weren't sold out! May have ordered an extra 3 pack of flakes for the order person as a treat! Nobody will find out! 😂

I had never ordered from the Old Bank House Chocolate Shop before. So I felt apprehensive about buying online but my husband’s birthday was coming up. The reviews were good. They did not disappoint!
The chocolate covered mallows were generously covered (I did order both milk & dark choc!) Delicious with both pink and white mallows! My husband loved the dark chocolate rose creams and violet creams….the best he’s tasted!! I have to admit to also ordering their strawberry chocolate buttons for myself. They were smaller than my usual go to but were divine with more in the bag….so good they didn’t last long. I had thought they would look good on cup cakes but they were gone before that happened!
I have to say everything was well packaged and carefully packed in the box to arrive perfectly. Just order in plenty of time as it’s a small, busy business and delivery took about 7-10 days.
