I bought a large sized sweatshirt & it was great, so good I bought another & that's when it started to go wrong...the 2nd sweatshirt, whilst labelled 'large' was very small.
They did exchange, that went well but the 3rd sweatshirt was still too small (still a large, the same as the 1st good fitting one).
So this time I asked for a refund.
I was told, "you can only exchange or refund once per order."
What?!! No amount of emailing would make them budge, just a polite "no."
I'm not even sure this is legal in the UK but of course they're not based here.
So, be aware, what seems like good service quickly deteriorates...

It’s a shame really ! The products are of very good quality , the company has a good website ! However the sizing is ridiculous and not at all compatable with the western world. I’ve had two seperate orders returned due to the clothing being too small ,an XL is more like a medium it’s that bad , ontop of this the customer service is very slow . Olderbest you need to sharpen your pencil! Alas I will not be doing anymore business with you .

I will not order there again. If you look for Bronson, order at their shop for cheaper price. Brand Time Catcher is a No-Go. Totally wrong patterns, cheap and thin materials and bad quality. Only Militora and abrunden are acceptable.
I’ll not order there again because i accepted once store credit for a return. This I used for next order. But this I had to return because of lousy quality. They don’t refund this, only as store credit again. Even opening claims I didn’t receive my store credit as refund. It’s my money. So what I’ll do is to order from this money and return and return again that they have high costs until they refund it completely.

Excellent value for money. The clothes are good quality and well made. I have only had great experiences with their customer service. I believe the returns fee is fair considering this is a china based company, and the environmental footprint excessive returns cause.

My only criticism is the fact that not all sizing translates well to western sizing. Trousers and sleeves have come up short often on me being 6'3. Overall great company which I am always keeping an eye on for new releases.

I would agree with some of the comments below regarding this companies return policy.
I bought a beanie for £18 and they charged £5.99 delivery. The hat was too small but only comes in one size so can’t be changed for another. Then they were going to charge £6 to return it. Not worth it.
They did offer a credit but that means I would having to buy more from them:

Terrible return policy. I had 5 days left in the 30-day return window and they refused it bc it takes them 7 days to process ( WHAT?!?). They later agreed to let me do a 1-time size exchange. I returned the jacket and they then refused it again, claiming there was a stain on the back. The jacket was never worn except for 30seconds to try it on. All tags and bags intact. It was for my son’s birthday so it was in the package until I gave it to him and then we immediately realized it was too small.
They now have taken my money AND kept the jacket. It’s just unreal!
We will never ever shop here again, what a terrible experience!

Good product but the sizes come up on the small side so be careful.

Honestly could not be happier with the service let alone the product at a very reasonable price. The quality to be truthful is far far better than I expected. Have purchased a jacket and coat they will not be my last . Very happy customer

Very easy to purchase on their website & had my fit, perfect! Delivery was just over a week, impressive considering it's from China. Quality of my cargos are exceptional! Il definitely be ordering more!

I have never experienced online service like this!
Immediately after ordering I received a very friendly e-mail asking about my size. Some e-mail conversation followed and after Olderbest was sure about my size they changed my order and sent the products. Everything fits like a glove! Very happy with this. No returns necessary! 10/10 would order again!

I made several purchases, the goods always matched the specifications, delivery was fast, and all fees were included in the price, so there were no problems with customs. In case of any uncertainties, customer support resolved the issue. The product range is interesting, the service is professional, I can recommend this store. Occasionally, there was a problem with clothing sizes not matching the size charts, but this is a shortcoming of most Chinese stores. For more expensive items, it is better to request a re-measurement before shipping.

Cool clothes, good prices, BUT:
The fits are really bad if you are tall and skinny as I am. I have tho pants ehich are fantastic, but they both have the same problem: too short on the inseam, and way too wide in the waist! I do like that they have a really high rise which actually sits at the waist!
Also sizes run very small. Ordered a large jacket, but again, it was too short on the arms, and an L is usually almost too long!
So: cool clothes, but not good if you are tall!
T-shirts are amazing, but again too short, so you can’t really tuck them, and not have them fall down

Refused to accept a return for an item. Have sent them their legal requirements - Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, for most goods bought online or at a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide the right to cancel and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, even if there is no fault.

Awaiting their response. Will update this review accordingly.

Delighted I took a chance on Olderbest. I’m very very very happy with my shirts. I’m tubby and was worried the XL might not fit. Need not have worried. Perfection. Will order again.

I ordered trousers and at the request of their customer service team , I provided specific details of waist and leg measurements, height and weight. They then advised me of the correct size for me personally.
The trousers when they arrived were far too small and yet the labelling on the trousers indicated they were the correct size.
I have sent photos to them to establish the discrepancy and asked them to review all their correspondence, highlighting how the problem has arisen.
In summary, I have paid £12.99 (, postage and restocking charge),to try on a pair of trousers. The manufacturers obviously do not label the trousers correctly, items are not checked before dispatch. The error was entirely their fault but despite pointing this out to them and asking for a full refund they have declined.
Proceed with caution

Excellent quality and value for money. Being buying off them and(Bronson) for years. Only down side is, it can take 2wks to arrive - it comes from China.

I have bought from them 3 times now and everything has been perfect. Quality is outstanding, shipping is more or less a week from China to Denmark. No tax or import duties as this is payed for in advance. Would highly recommend!

I recommend ordering one size up from your European size. I am a regular L and order XL from Olderbest

Ordered a t shirt was 100% fake. Avoid!!!!!

Ordered a couple of items, wish I hadn’t.
You get no confirmation of dispatch so you never know if you are going to receive it or not.
Had a card from Royal Mail that I needed to pay £5.60 postage because these clowns didn’t put the right postage on a package of 2 knitted t shirts to the U.K.
Seriously, what a bunch of clowns, if you’re running a mail order business supplying clothes then that’s a must to get the postage right.
Manage to contact them and they don’t even give a monkeys, still waiting on a refund, also the clothes are a poor Primark at best. Chinese crap, seriously don’t bother
