After ordering a product in June, I waited two weeks and still no shipping date. I contacted the company twice. I never received a response. I had to get Paypal involved to receive my refund. It is too bad they are not a great company to do business with because they have unique clothing.

Ordered two products on June 6 that showed that they were in stock. Three weeks later I got an email saying that production was delayed and to expect them on July 6. On July 6 I get an email saying July 19. On July 19 I got an email saying 20+ more days. My event I needed them for has Long passed. I requested a refund several times since this was at no fault of my own, and I was not trying to return a product. They continued to offer an exchange at full price. They lie about product, production and availability, shipping dates and their customer service is abysmal. Do not waste your time or your money.

The two items I ordered were not in stock. I learned this almost three weeks after the order and payment was made. I have sent five response emails to them requesting a refund. Each time they tell me to pick something else from their website to replace what I ordered. I do NOT want anything else. Just my money returned. Beware!

Awful experience. I wish I had read reviews first. First of all the quality of the clothing is not good. The pictures of the items look very different from what I received. Also most of the items were the wrong size. I inquired about returning the items and was told they do not accept returns for any reason other than quality. I told them that the quality wasn’t what I had anticipated and the clothing does not fit me right. They responded with you keep the items and we will refund you less than 1/4 of what I paid. That they only take returns on quality issue. I’ve gone back and forth with them by email. And now they are saying that they will exchange the sizes but I have to pay for the shipping cost. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service and terrible policies. Never again and I’ll tell everyone I know. Truly awful

I am very unhappy with this experience. I ordered three suits that took around six weeks to arrive. One of them never arrived and they told me it had sold out. I did not get a refund for it. The two suits were too small so I asked to return them well you cannot return them. You have to keep them and offered me a small amount of money and the ability to keep the suits that didn’t fit suits so had to pay $17 for them to re-ship a larger size and only one suit arrived. The other is now sold out I have now paid $84 plus $17. I’m unable to return Anything. I’m not thrilled with the quality they are not lined. They are very thin. I would never order anything again from this group. It has been nothing but annoying. I’m halfway through the summer and still no swimsuit. If you’re not sure about your company return swimsuits and they will not give you your money back.

Although this company ships from somewhere in the US, if you want to return your order for a full refund, you need to mail your clothes to Abu Dhabi. Very cheap fabric on two of the three items we received. After several emails, they provided a 50% refund and told us to keep the clothes. They went right into the Goodwill pile. Be aware that you are stuck with what you order.

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress from them through Instagram and what I got was not what was pictured. The fabric was cheep and the styling was bad. They donot take returns easily. Don't waste your money on their products.

Sizes do not measure to their site size chart, especially the bust size which doesn’t come close. Might work for 32 bust or lower or possibly 34 if you want a stretchy snug fit and have narrow shoulders and back. You would still need a large or skin tight medium even if you are normally an x small or small. I would say the clothing fit would be more suitable for a preteen if she is tall and slightly underdeveloped as the tops are skinny but long. The site says to go to service @ Olgora .com for returns but there is no direct link and so far I haven’t found a means to get to that section. There is no phone #. You will also find many of the same clothes under different names for 1/4 to 1/2 the price as Olgora / SF Dress Fashion.

Yet another company that promises fast shipping and advertises as a USA company, but is not truly making items in the USA. I am so tired of being scammed by these companies. I placed my order with plenty of time for the vacation I'm going on at the end of this week. It's been 8 days and the order is still just in "processing." Ridiculous. I'm now told that it will be 2 more weeks before it even ships. Do not order from this company if you want your order completed in the timeframe they claim it will be done in. It won't.

For the most part I was happy with this order. However, the Greek Key Black/Tan Two Piece set is NOT Black and Tan. It is Navy blue and kind of a peach color

The fit was perfect true to size. I was a little disappointed because I had ordered 2 outfits and materials were not ready or available for the 2nd I had ordered it a month in advance so I cancelled the 2nd outfit otherwise shipping was fast and sizing was great also shout out to you customer service people that answered my emails quickly

The only thing wrong is that one of the 2 shirt was cancelled and it toik 2 months to inform me. But the expérience is good

I received my order a little slower that other companies. But my big complaint is I ordered 2 dresses at a cost of $80 and they do not fit. They will not allow me to return them and want to give my only a $14 credit for the merchandise. I would NEVER buy from them again!

The website states easy returns but when I emailed them they responded back stating they do not accept returns unless product is damaged. Quality was sub par at best as well. Such a disappointment.

Ad clearly stated the items were made in South Carolina (now it says California?), but I can assure you it was made in China. Quality was poor and I asked for return instructions, several times and hey finally responded. Sorry, no refunds! Yet their policy says easy returns, but you need to read the fine print. BUYERS BEWARE!

Quality & results were just like it promised. It was a great experience and will do it again.
