We were looking for a selling agent and found Oliver Reilly on the internet; a friendly and knowledgeable agent with a receptive attitude towards the customer's needs. They ticked all the boxes concerning our requirements and provided viewings of numerous properties, accompanied by considerate members of staff who knew their onions. Their internet service kept us informed of exactly the type of properties we were looking for, allowing us to choose just what we wanted to view at mutually convenient times. We would recommend them to anyone seeking a property, especially in Newark and the surrounding area.

We recently sold our property and purchased one through Oliver Reilly. The service from all members of the team we dealt with was excellent throughout. We were kept regularly up to date through all stages of the process for both selling and purchasing. Nothing we asked was too much, accommodating to our needs and never being pushy. This allowed us to make the best decisions for our family without feeling rushed, but all whilst feeling supported.

We have just purchased our first home through Oliver Reilly.
They were so keen to help us with the purchase and were always there on the end of the phone if we needed any questions answering. Due to unforeseen circumstances the purchase took longer than initially thought however they helped keep pushing things along.
We picked our keys up yesterday and they were so excited for us. Great experience. Would use if selling in the future.

He arranged and attended several viewings even before it went on the market and as a consequence we had an offer of the asking price on the morning it went live. I bought a property through Oliver Reilly, I would highly recommend. Nothing is to much trouble and it feels like they are working for both the seller and buyer. Vicki dealt with the property I couldn't recommend more highly but I must've spoken to everyone in the office at some point and everyone was great.

Oliver Reilly and the team have all been brilliant from start to finish. From our initial meeting with Oliver—whose advice to use the guide price strategy on Rightmove was absolutely spot on—to Mel and Vicky, who were fantastic with viewings and kept us consistently informed throughout the whole process. Incredibly efficient in selling my mother's bungalow. I didn't even have to put it on the market! They very kindly did a valuation for probate and from that recommended the property to one of their clients who they thought might be interested and it sold within the day!
Couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received. I was kept fully up to date with the process and someone was always available to answer any queries that I had.

Consider very carefully before choosing to use this estate agent. Send a Rightmove message (which puts your status as a buyer, address, contact details) and be led a merry-go-round of calls to verify those details. Which the caller is not aware of. Despite them being on the enquiry...
I prefer the more professional, quicker, more efficient method of reading messages, responding, getting things done.
