My boyfriend purchased the 3 hot chocolate bombs as a gift! I found them to be awful. Taste was funny and very watery. Not going to recommend these at all unfortunately!

I have emailed customer services repeatedly asking for my refund as the shoes were returned safely< however there has been no reply from them. Also no phone number to talk to anyone.

Terrible returns
Terrible sizing. A dress I purchased was definitely not the correct size. I returned this skirt to OB and over 2 weeks after they recieved the parcel, they still did not issue me a refund. I had to contact customer service who did not return the full amount. They even claimed an item was missing from my return!

A complete disappointment!
I ordered a product as a gift for my friend. The package was delayed, and I couldnât give her the gift on time. I contacted customer service to explain the delay and that it was meant to be a gift. The first representative told me they would immediately send a replacement. Later, another person asked for my address, which I provided. Then, someone else replied, saying they would wait another 24 hours to see if the delivery company would finally dispatch my order.
Whaaaaaaat?! After making me wait for over a week, they still wanted to delay it furtherâŠ
I had to wait the infamous 24 hours. The package arrived two days later. I planned to see my friend to give her the giftâalready lateâand⊠surprise! The package arrived with the productâs box completely damaged.
Honestly, I thought it was a joke. The product itself was perfectly packed in the shipping box, meaning they had sent the damaged product box from the start.
This is a total lack of respect!

How to encourage children to grow things
Just before Christmas I bought for the children's stocking fillers a water cress planting set and a small dish of iris bulbs . The water cress was carefully nurtured by my ( soon to be ) three year old great nephew Harry who was photographed this week with the brimming full carton of water cress . He was so pleased and happy with himself . Such a great product and such fun for children to grow things . Egg and watercress sandwiches for tea . We now anxiously await for Oliviaâs irises to flower later in the year - bought as her middle name is Iris .
Thank you for a great product and such fun for the children .I did pop into my local store in Parsons Green to show the delighted staff the photos of the children .

I purchased a weekend bag from the website a few weeks ago and received an email to say it had been dispatched but no further email to say it was out for delivery so I had to contact OB customer care and apparently evri had my parcel and never delivered it and sent it back to OB without letting me know (evri) the customer care team were quick to resolve this and sent the item to my home address the next day! Very happy with this service and the weekend bag lovely quality. Thanks again for helping

I ordered a faux yucca plant from Oliver Bonas. It was delivered today and it exceeded my expectations! It's as realistic looking as I think a fake plant can be made to look.
It was well packaged without any damage in transit. Ordering on the website was easy, and delivery was quick.

I've ordered online lots of times from this store and only ever had a problem once where something arrived damaged, a quick call to customer services and it resolved instantly with a replacement sent out via express shipping and a delivery refund given!
Since then I've not had any issues, products are always fab and delivery is always speedy!
OB fantastic - Evri awful.
Firstly, this review is about the delivery of OB orders; customer services from OB was excellent.
Placed an order on the 1st January for my sister's birthday on the 13th January. By the 9th January, the delivery status had not progressed from, 'We've got it'. I called customer services and spoke with a customer services advisor, who was extremely apologetic (suspected Evri had failed to scan the package correctly and it's still languishing in a depot somewhere). He arranged for a gift card to refund the purchase price, with enough to cover priority delivery, to be emailed to me. I reordered on Thursday 9th and selected the 'Saturday delivery' service, so it would still arrive in time for the 13th.
It is now 9.40pm on Saturday evening, and the package is still in the delivery depot. Whether it arrives or not before my sister's birthday is now anyone's guess.
Although OB's customer service in dealing with the initial problem was excellent, actually receiving my order (and on time) is more important, and to be disappointed twice now will make me think twice about ordering again.
Please, please reconsider your courier provider - they're letting you down.

Poor longevity of products
I purchased a Luce floor lamp which looked great when it was working. I tried to disassemble it when moving house, basically by doing the reverse or the instructions but the cable holding the lights pendent tore.
Customer service were useless when I contacted them and told me to visit an electrical store.
Anyway, only purchase the lamp if youâre in your forever home, as otherwise youâll struggle to move it elsewhere.

Great company, really professional customer service (real human beings as opposed to chatbots).
Amazing company, questionable courier
Recently made an order for a mirror and some coasters. The coasters arrived perfectly fine; however, when the mirror arrived a few days later it was completely destroyed. I contacted the company immediately and they very kindly agreed to send me a replacement out next day, for no extra cost. Despite this, their courier (Evri) did not manage to deliver the mirror until four days later, after I had again been in contact with Oliver Bonas to chase up the delivery status. When the replacement did arrive, the box was insanely damaged and I had little hope the mirror had survived, once opening the box it turned out that the mirror was perfectly fine.
I was amazed at Oliver Bonas' customer service. However, I do think choosing Evri as a courier when so many of their products are very fragile and expensive is an unusual choice due to their notorious reputation as a delivery company.
Overall, my experience with Oliver Bonas is overwhelmingly positive and their products really are worth the money, though I do think in future they could choose a courier with a better reputation.
