Ordered a jacket to come next day so paid the extra for the next day delivery and it didn't show, have been told that sometimes things aren't able to get to a customer by the next day due to possible delays, only this is a frequent complaint,

I have been trying to return a stretch belt since mon 16th, it is now thurs 19th. I continually get E Mails saying its on its way yet it is still sitting in my porch waiting to be picked up for collection. What a joke this company has become. Has it got too big and impersonal? as it was very good when it first started. This is not the first time I have had a problem with a return with them.

Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting 5 days later with the only course of complaint is to an international number that havenât got a clue.
I will not be using Jacamo again and would advise staying well clear.

There not willing to take responsibility for errors
Iâve been a Jacamo customer with a credit account for over three years, and Iâm really disappointed with how things have been handled. Their customer service feels poor â whenever you raise an issue, they just quote terms and conditions instead of actually listening or trying to understand the situation.
I made two payments and then received an email stating that my minimum payment for the month was zero, so naturally I assumed my payments had covered everything. The email confirmed this, so I had no reason to think anything was wrong. Despite that, my credit file was updated with a missed payment, which has had a big impact.
When I contacted them to resolve it, the advisor refused to answer my questions and dismissed the email error as irrelevant. It felt like they werenât interested in understanding what happened or how their own communication misled me. I was honestly gutted â the email reassured me Iâd met my payment, yet they refused to acknowledge their mistake. I feel absolutely gutted my credit file has a negative marker.

Horrendous customer service very rude and put you on hold and leave you there, I placed an order of 6 items so that I wouldnât pay for pick up delivery, however Jacamo cancelled one item meaning it then went under the threshold of free delivery so they then charged me when it was their fault for cancelling the item I have continually contacted them but their customer service is diabolical I will not be ordering again and I suggest you follow suit.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve a straightforward issue, Jacamo has demonstrated a complete inability â or unwillingness â to provide meaningful support. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and overwhelmingly generic, giving the clear impression that customer service is structured to delay, deflect, and exhaust customers, rather than resolve problems.
Responses, when they arrive at all, are clearly scripted and show no evidence that the issue has been properly read, understood, or investigated. Customers are passed between departments, required to repeat the same information multiple times, and reassured with vague statements that something is âbeing looked intoâ â yet nothing ever materialises.
A major contributor to this failure appears to be Jacamoâs decision to outsource customer service to low-cost overseas call centres. These agents demonstrate limited English proficiency, poor product knowledge, and a fundamental lack of understanding of effective customer service standards. The result is confusion, miscommunication, and an inability to grasp even basic issue resolution. This is not a criticism of individuals â it is a management failure to provide proper training, empowerment, and oversight.
There is no ownership, no accountability, and no urgency. Promises of follow-up are made casually and then ignored, forcing customers to chase repeatedly for the same unresolved issue. This creates the unmistakable impression that Jacamoâs strategy is to outlast the customer, hoping they will eventually give up.
For a national retailer, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Customer service should exist to solve problems and protect customer trust â not to act as a defensive shield insulating the company from responsibility. Unfortunately, that is exactly how Jacamoâs operation feels.
The outcome is predictable: frustration, wasted time, and a total loss of confidence in the brand. When a company selling clothing cannot competently manage aftersales support, returns, or basic issue resolution, it raises serious questions about its internal standards, leadership competence, and respect for customers.
Jacamo may sell products, but it fails entirely at customer care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with them unless you are prepared for delays, poor communication, and an exhausting lack of resolution.

I ordered some Size 8 Boss Trainers Item No. BA086M9 delivery for 19/2/2026 with a £4.99 delivery charge. They did not come on 19/2 or at all. But on 20/2 I got a message saying they had received the returned item, saying they would refund the cost, no mention of the delivery charge. I had not returned the item, it had never been delivered. I had to go on to the chat and seek a refund of the delivery charge. They have had the use of that and the money paid for the item for however long it takes to refund. On the chat I was told they might have been damaged by the courier. I said if they could confirm they were in stock I still wanted to buy but the person on the chat never came back. I suspect they did not have the item in stock at the time of the order. I have updated this to a three star from a one star because there was a prompt refund.

I'd be embarrassed if I was employing people that couldn't do the job on such a basic level and if I was the person doing the job I'd be very ashamed of hoe rubbish I was at doing that job.
