We bought a Jessica Simpson suitcase (made by Olivet International under license) at TJ Maxx in Jackson, MI, in December 2024. The handle broke the first time we used it, on a trip to Disney World. It has a 3-year warranty, so we filed a claim with the original sales receipt and all our other documents. Olivet rejected it in October 2026 only because we didn't have a photo of the little paper warranty card. Who keeps that? The receipt proves when and where we bought it, and a handle breaking after one use is exactly what a warranty is for. They gave us no reference number either. Buyer beware: this warranty may not be worth much. We've filed a BBB complaint.
