I thought I ordered a complete set of the socket holders 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 both mm and SAE what I got was 2 1/2 mm sets. Customer service was no help. I have to be careful about what spend , at over $100 it was more than craftsmen but easier to read so I went ahead and ordered. Turned out what I intended to order would have been over 200 which couldn’t have afforded all at once so I would have ordered half this month and the rest in a month or two, I’m just a do it yourself er now and on social security now. Also your link to check my order didn’t work nor did the link to check shipping, used USPS site worked fine. iPhone 13. Would like to exchange one mm for SAE I don’t need 2 just yet

Awesome socket holders. Now I have to go buy more of what I don’t have no big deal. We are a little bigger than I thought. I should order the magnetic ones. Live And learn. They would probably cost me too much to ship back so I will keep them and use them on a different project.

Original package showed up in the mail ripped open and an item missing. After a quick exchange of e-mails with Mark a new tool was enroute to my address.

Great experience, tools I ordered are great quality. I can even use the basic plastic trays from the box to put inside the toolbox drawers and keep everything organized.

I think you need to offer more tools. Maybe I'm wrong but you don't have alot.

Very much like the 6pt box end knowing that there is very small % of rounding off a fastener. Fit and finish is comparable to other much pricier tools. All in all I am very much satisfied with my purchase !!!!

The swivel head ratchets and uniserial joint socket adapters that I ordered, came sooner than expected. I am happy with the quality of the tools, the price I paid for them and would recommend Olsa, if you are needing hand tools. Over all it was a good experience with no surprises.

TOOLS ARRIVED INA COUPLE DAYS ,GREAT QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE

I received my order with one item missing so I emailed them. Got back to me the next day and said they would investigate. Have not heard anything since then.
They claim great customer service but I'm not impressed. Won't be doing anymore business with them.

First purchase of an Olsa tool. Unfortunately, I haven't had the best luck thus far. Ordered the 3/8 & 1/4 stubby, gearless ratchets. The 3/8" seems ok, a little loose but smooth and seems to work correctly. The 1/4" was gritty like it had worn ball bearings. I was sent a replacement immediately, customer service is great and friendly. Turn around was ridiculously fast. Unfortunately the second 1/4" ratchet is just as bad, actually worse. I sent another request but today is Saturday so not expecting to hear back until Monday. Hopefully the 1/4" ratchets get sorted out, maybe a bad batch got past QC.
