I purchased a pair of shorts and they were nothing like the advertisement, they were poor quality and when I asked about a return, they told me I had exceed the 30 day returns however like I pointed out the shorts were on the 21st of July not the 7th June as they stated and now, they do not respond to emails .

would not recommend this company and i would think twice before purchasing from them

I made the mistake of buying a pair of boots I saw in an Ad from Olympus, when they arrived they had barely a passing resemblance to what was shown in the advert.
I decided there and then to return them, but they spent a lot of time trying to fob me off with a scammy “returns” policy which totally ignores UK law for distance sellers. I eventually got a return address from them and sent them back recorded delivery. They arrived according to the Post Office, and ever since then they have ignored all my emails and no refund has been issued - not even the partial one they tried to fob me off with!
This company sells Rubbish and should be avoided at all costs!

I am was So upset with my order and communicated with the team in regards refund, as the items looked soooo cheap! We agreed 50% and all now I have not received my money.

I have emailed and they say bare with!

Things like this will make me haunt every avenue of advertisement out of principle!

Hate a scammer!

I like others believed this to be a London based company only to find they were being shipped from China. The flip flops I brought lasted 5 weeks just outside their 30 days return or replace policy so they would not replace. Do not buy from this company, go to the high street.

I bought a pair of Boots believing they were a UK company on the photo the boots looked superb. The Bancroft Leather boots are probably the worst footwear I've ever bought. This is not a London company but a Chinese company. Please avoid this co.pany at all costs I will be seeking advise as the advertisement was totally wrong

Very disappointing experience. The dresses were poor quality and looked nothing like the photos. The website advertises a "30 days money back guarantee", but when I requested a return, I was first offered store credit, then a partial refund to keep the items, and finally told that 30% would be deducted from my refund as a "restocking fee". This 30% deduction was not stated in the return policy shown before my purchase. I was then instructed to return the items using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which cost me around £12. I followed their instructions, but the parcel was returned to me and, after informing the seller about this, they stopped responding to my messages. I had no choice but to involve PayPal to try to resolve the issue. In my experience, the actual return process did not match what was advertised or the return policy. I would not recommend this company.

Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first, they got me…. Total rubbish jacket, started laughing as I was opening the package realizing I’d been had. Olympus China scam do not buy anything from these frauds you will never get your money back.

If I could give no stars i would. I ordered a sweater but my partner changed his mind and I cancelled the next day. They eventually sent me confirmation of cancellation on 11th May and said they had refunded my payment. It never arrived. I have emailed several times since asking for my refund but now they are not replying at all.
Do not deal with this company!!

rubbish company, for 9 months now I've been trying to get a replacement or refund for £56.91 in regards to clothes that are mis-labelled (too small for the labelled size) I get e-mails from them promising it will be dealt with but no cash or replacement. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They get 1 star because I can't score 'zero'. Bought a watch, I accept it was cheap but just wanted to use it as an every day casual type of thing. It took weeks to arrive, from China. Wore it once, it rained and the thing filled up with water. After weeks of complaint, I was offered store credit, no chance of a refund. Rubbish quality, worse customer service, user beware. I have lost £26, buy cheap get cheap. I think the watch that arrived is worth about £0.50.!

Absolutely terrible quality of clothing, delivery is not quick as promised & I paid for tracking by royal mail but it came from china. Also disgusting returns policy. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered shoe type trainers never arrived took 3 months to get a refund. That was only because i took action against them for fraud. You have been warned.

Shocking company- ordered a jkt didn’t hear anything for weeks chased it up - they said they didn’t have my address - eventually received, poor quality asked to return - what a performance photos etc etc actually stated I could keep it and they would give me a 30% refund - although I want happy didn’t have any choice / then the refund arrived which was less than the 30% - now not answering or responding to any e mails to ask why - stay away from this company

Oh dear, please everyone... avoid.
Waiting over 2 months for a refund on cancelled order. Absolutely no response for over a month despite emails every week.
Getting in touch with the ombudsman next week.

I wish I'd read these reviews first. Ordered a jacket, it was faulty. They will not refund me. Gave me a credit note which could not be used. Then emailed a load of lies and that their terms and conditions state no refunds etc AVOID

The first item I ordered was the wrong size, and when I queried this, the assistant could not have been more helpful. I was given a full refund and re-ordered another item, which was delivered quickly and is ideal. The person I have been in contact with has definitely been exceptional and an asset to the company.

This is not a reputable company. Shoes I ordered were not as described and were to small and do not fit.They were supposed to be leather uppers but ended up being some cheap plastic rubbish. They also took well over two weeks to arrive and were shipped from China. I and not in London. If I had known they were coming from China I would never have purchased them. Customer service is appalling and never respond. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I received a shirt that didn't match the size chart. The company offered me a 30% refund. Scammers and con artists – I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
