Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I spent £153.75 on 2 yoga tops (more fool me) which arrived after a wait and were massive and shapeless. Paid £4+ for a return at the post office and it was signed for on 10th June. Chased yesterday and had an instant response asking for me to tell them when they received the goods back (!). Sent them the details and then get the generic response email saying that they’re quarantining everything for days and then due to covid they can’t process refunds quickly. It’s just crap! Have emailed them and demanded an immediate refund. Will NEVER order from them again! AVOID

This company is shocking . On paper they appear very ethical and professional it the reality is shocking .
I placed an order for an item that did not come for months and was then told it was a pre order item . I accepted that I may have made a mistake there but waited and waited and it went past the stated 6 weeks .
When I chased them i finally got an odd email Asking me to be patient and not cancel as I had requested to and how they would send me a small thank you gift for my patience ... never arrived . I eventuality received the item and immediately sent back as not of the quality I had had on a previous item . I sent it back few weeks ago and have chased fir my refund and again after a week I received a reply saying due to covid everything was taking longer .
I am now concerned as I have chased again and still nothing .
I now feel very suspicious of this company and would suggest not placing any orders with them , I certainly won’t be .

Om & Ah customer service is appalling. Trying to get a refund is like getting blood from a stone. Won’t be buying anything from Om & Ah in future as I can’t go through this experience again. Too stressful!!

I am really disappointed in this company's customer service. The online order took months to arrive, was not up to the standard for the price, and now I've been waiting 2 and a half weeks for a refund. I've emailed them 5 times and only had one reply, with a number of excuses and no plan for when I will receive it.
For the price of the clothes, I would expect much more, and will not be purchasing from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews. I have also returned items ,which I sent through royal mail-signed for. I’m still waiting on my refund.I have also messaged through Facebook as recommended.I have received no correspondence and waiting on my refund which is over £100. I ordered using Klarna . I’m now going to contact Klarna just glad I at least used signed for ,as I have tracked the return and have evidence for Klarna.Om and Ah should practice what they preach . Very disappointing.

UPDATE - Since posting the review I have received communication from the company with a definite apology and offering to provide a t-shirt of my choice. Awaiting this being received. Much happier now though.

Shocking customer service or lack of this. My friends bought me a t-shirt for my 40th last year (naf year to have major birthday obviously) and due to a misunderstanding sent this back for an exchange. From the very start this was far more complex than it needed to be with various people advising what to do. Fortunately when we returned the t-shirt I took a photo of it and screenshot the 'chat' which has now been replaced by email service so have evidence that it was received by them. This cost £36 which a group of friends clubbed together to buy. No exchange or refund has been received. Apparently they have posted a replacement however have not provided any evidence of this nor has one been received. I am waiting on further communication..

This is the worst company! The clothes is expensive and even worse I never got my order and they don’t answer me when I want my money back!

I absolutely love Om & Ah. I buy so many of my clothes, jewellery and anything else they bring out...the quality is always excellent and their products are so different from normal shops.

But there is a but, I’m afraid. Their customer service is patchy - sometimes excellent sometimes not. Currently refunds are taking much longer than you would expect and their communication is lacking. Please sort it out Om & Ah - you have such a marvellous company.

NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wish I’d looked on Trust Pilot before I purchased. Like many people, I’ve been seeing their ads on Facebook and I was drawn to their unique items and holistic ethos. THERE IS NOTHING HOLISTIC ABOUT THIS COMPANY. It took weeks for my order to arrive. The sweatshirt I ordered was so cheap, made with awful fabric and appalling value for money, as it was quite expensive. I had to pay for shipping to return it and thank God I did signed for because when I chased the return two weeks later after no acknowledgement from them, they asked ME to tell THEM when they received my return. Then they sent me a generic response listing several Covid-related excuses why I hadn’t heard back from them. They finally refunded me two weeks later. POOR QUALITY, POOR VALUE, POOR SERVICE.

They took all of my money. There was zero response on not getting my items. My credit card company is now involved.

I'd give them five negative stars if I could. Placed my first order, nothing recieved cheap, horrible quality and looked like they were from a market stall. I returned them two weeks ago, still no refund?

Two blanket emails sent to me, waffling in about hygiene - NOTHING about my refund. Disgusting company, service and misleading clothing.

Do NOT order here! They don’t deliver your order but do take your money. It is a scam!! They don’t reply to e-mails either.

Having pre ordered an item in March and the vague promise of “delivery within 6 weeks” I have chased and was told that I should receive it by 7th May as due to rainy weather in Bali production had been delayed. I emailed again as I had not received an update and the response was that it was in transit and due to the problems with the Suez Canal Customs had a backlog and to be patient and as soon as they had it they would forward it on to me but omitted any indication of providing a delivery date. I had stated in my email that if the item was not forthcoming immediately then I would like a refund and conveniently they have not addressed that request. I just feel that I have been more than patient and all their answers have been so vague. I still don’t have an anticipated delivery date. It is just wrong that they are allowed to get away with these appalling trading standards/ customer services.

My husband bought 2 long sleeved t shirts for Xmas. He knew how much I liked the look. Sadly after a couple of washes the fabric has gone fluffy. So disappointed as the ethos of this company looked good. No response to my email several weeks ago. I certainly wouldn't wear them for anything other than doing housework now.

Ordered a pullover March 13th 2021, my money immediately withdrawn from my acct. Here we are May 10th...no pullover, they still have my money and I have sent numerous emails, FB messages and Instagram messages...NO response from this company! With each message I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded immediately, not asking for world peace here Om and Ah! If you can’t supply the item, return the money! Very poor business ethic and below poor customer service!

I love the clothing from this company, I have several items & they are usually excellent quality. Unfortunately a shirt I was given as a Christmas present developed a small fault. I contacted the Omandah customer service dept. & my complaint was dealt with promptly & efficiently. I cannot fault the way in which the extremely helpful staff member dealt with it, in fact she went beyond what I expected. Thank you Omandah, your staff do you credit & I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future.

I ordered 2 t shirts from this company and pre ordered a sweatshirt which was £78, the t shirts were very thin and became bobbly after 2 washes, they looked very cheaply made for the £34.95 price tag, I emailed the customer service at least 4 times to request a refund on the pre ordered sweatshirt, I received one reply to say they would answer within 24 hours but I didn't hear anything else from them, I also contacted them via Facebook messenger and received a reply, after a further 2 messages that they did not read or respond to, I then received a refund email, this was around 5 days ago but I've yet to receive the actual refund, I was reluctant to put a review on but this company have virtually no customer service, the items I bought look very nice but the quality is not very good, I am awaiting my refund and personally would not order from
them again, the customer service is useless and the quality to price tag ratio does not match at all.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 tops. Took ages to arrive. Prompty arrived after a gentle reminder. Returned 3 and Klarna still taking the installments. Only 1 brief reply(asked for proof of posting) to all my emails ..nothing since. Thank goodness I paid for tracking and proof they received them. I sent this to them as requested, still no contact. I contacted Klarna who say the company must update their records. Really disappointed. They owe me a lot of money. These tops are not cheap. Please be wary guys. I will be happy to update this review when I get my refund.

I will NEVER be buying from this store again and I will advice all my friends and family not to as well!! The customer service is awful!!!!!
I have purchased a few items and to be honest the cost of the jumpers for what they are, are very over priced... however helping a new business I brought a necklace for £75 when my order arrived it only had the jumper in and no necklace I checked my emails and it said necklace to follow .. so I realised they are sourcing the necklace through another company by drop shipping I never received this necklace! I wrote emails for 2 weeks to om & ah they never gave me the courtesy to reply back to me finally after a month someone replied and said the order has been delivered and I explained it was only the top in the order no necklace and can I please have a refund or have the order actually shipped out to me and again no reply to emails again they just ghosted me!!! I have never EVER had customer service like this before, I also own a retail company and would NEVER treat my customers like this .. I would not advice using them And I would never recommend them!!!!!!!!!!

I really wanted to like this company but I have to say their customer service and delivery is appalling and the products I ordered were mediocre - the two hoodies I ordered were big, shapeless with thin material. They took an age to arrive, even paying for expedited shipping and now I've returned them for a refund, nothing. No money, no acknowledgement 2 weeks later. Glad I paid extra to get the items tracked and signed for. I know we are in Covid but every other company I've dealt with has been quicker to deliver and respond to contact. I hope they pay up soon.
