Om & Ah london レビュー 

Received my order within a few days, items as described. The order was sent in recyclable packaging which is fantastic, no plastic like many other companies. I’m really pleased with the items and will happily use Om & Ah again!

After a longer than usual shipping period (lockdown is used by everyone as an excuse these days), a wrong product (sweatshirt instead of a tee that I ordered) was delivered to me and the size of another tee was way too big (M looks more like XL!). I immediately contacted the brand, but I only got their response after several days (btw, there is no phone number to call on the website!). It was a generic, useless response telling me to return the product and informing me that it takes additional 10 days to process (+ shipping). No way am I paying postage to return a wrong order when the mistake was not on my part!!! The tees were meant as Christmas gifts so by then it would be too late for that anyway even though I ordered them way ahead. Eventually, the brand offered to send me the correct tee, which is pointless now, with their shipping period so long. I am not satisfied with the approach and really did not expect this. I really hope that there will be more luck with the next customer.

really not happy, ordered birthday presents for my wife and after 10 days of waiting I cant even get a response telling me if and when I am going to receive it..
I don't even know if they even have it in stock, all I have received is a generic message saying I will get it eventually - this is an empty promise and totally unhelpful. They do however keep sending me mail on how to spend more money on their products!

My experience with Om and Ah has always been delightful. The staff is always helpful and my orders are always filled accurately and I receive them in a timely manner. I will always refer my fri NDA and family to Oh and Ah. Great job guys!

I have ordered many items from Om & Ah and I love them all. I practically live in my beautiful long length sweaters which is so soft and cosy...I can’t wait to wear my teal hoodie which has been put away as a Christmas present to me from my husband.

Loved the shirt but the small was far too big for me (size 8)

I just love the long sleeve tops and love every poem or quote on them... everyone should have one!

Absolutely poor quality cheap material which shrank the first time I washed it

I expected the clothes to be better quality, I bought the slouchy sweatshirt . it bobbled really quickly, I was in love with it at first, TBH I wouldn't even like to sell it second hand on ebay it is that bad, sorry, I really wanted to like it more but I just can't

Om & Ah boyfriend shirt

The quality of the boyfriend shirts is excellent. Beautiful, comfortable material and the hidden quotes make me feel so special.

I aboslutley love these products. The quality is amazing and colours beautiful. The sayings are just perfect. Thank you for the introduction of more colours, so much better than always black and white.

Very happy customer, after looking at things on the website for a bit i took the plunge when they offered some discount. It arrived really quickly, beautifully packaged and the hoodie in particular is top quality and so comfortable whilst looking really cool. Love what this company offer and what they are about. Lucy in customer service was also very friendly and helpful. Will defo be ordering more things from them.

The t-shirt I bought in the summer wears really well and has washed well (no twisted seams!) I also bought a baby comfort hoodie which is perfect for little people.

I recently ordered a hoodie, but made an error in the order. The customer service team sorted it out perfectly (thanks Lucy)!

Really lovely feel to the Hoodie feels so nice to the skin. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍👍
