Love these shoes they are perfect for my 12 hr shift

I love the shoes, feels like your walking on air.

DO NOT BUY!!! Materials smells very plastic and not as comfortable as they described! took long time to deliver and size not standard.

The worst is IT'S IMPOSSILBE TO RETURN!! you will have to bear with the shipping cost, their address is in CHINA! Cost a fortune and long time to post them back.

There is a 15% restock charge on top!!! even exchange is difficult because this only happens if there is a quality issue. not when size is not fit!!!

Avoid!!!!!

The shoes are great! Material is sturdy and comfort A+. They are lightweight and easy to put on. I will suggest maybe going up a half size, I got an 8 but there was no wiggle room. The customer service was quick to respond on my request for exchange/return to recieve a bigger size (8.5).

Poor quality products! I am very disappointed! The shoes take almost 4 weeks to deliver and customer service is horrible. I just received the shoes today and I could have purchased the same or similar shoes from Shien or Temu for much less. I can't believe that they have so much positive reviews. This company is a scam I will not make any purchase moving forward.

This shoes are amazing! I work as a server for many years and always buy expensive shoes and they hurt my feet, this shoes are like a feather I can go all day long and they don’t hurt my feet. Very happy with my purchase.

I received my new trainers, fast and efficiently. However, they were a little too small. I asked what my options were in returning the items and having a new pair shipped. Outstanding, I was offered a free pair but only had to pay the shipping cost, a small fee.

I purchased the orthwalk. Great arch support. But you should size up. The shoes are great for someone that's on their feet all day. I have flat feet. The support is great.. Also my experience with customer has always been pleasant and timely responses.

Sizing a bit on the snug side.

Delivery takes weeks not days.

No full refund available-either pay restocking fees, return delivery fees and customs or 30% refund and keep the shoes.

Only up side is customer service replied quickly. Would never purchase from again.

Finally received a refund from the bank who ruled in my favour. Dont waste your time, you will never be able to exchange or get a full refund for these poor products. Full of glue, cheap shoes.

Dreadful cheap shoes , supposed to be waterproof , think the only thing waterproof was the bag they sent them in , wrong size sent , as well being of the poorest quality worth about £3.00 in value .

They are small and narrow for size, there is no innersole no cushioning
No room for me to insert my own innersole. Took weeks to arrive, these are no way Authopedic shoes
Chinese rubbish once again!

I am really pleased with this company, as had ordered twice already and those shoes are very comfortable and helped me to recover from my ankle fracture.As a practicing nurse have to carry on for 12 hours, mostly on my feet and found "omega walk "and " balance " are the most comfortable for me. Had a bit confusion regarding size, but the company management had sorted it out for me. Very pleased with my purchase.

We ordered a pair of shoes from Omega Walk and we received the wrong size-this was not their fault; it was a size translation issue. We contacted them and they offered to send the correct size at no charge. Our experience with them has been outstanding.
