I am really pleased with this company, as had ordered twice already and those shoes are very comfortable and helped me to recover from my ankle fracture.As a practicing nurse have to carry on for 12 hours, mostly on my feet and found "omega walk "and " balance " are the most comfortable for me. Had a bit confusion regarding size, but the company management had sorted it out for me. Very pleased with my purchase.

We ordered a pair of shoes from Omega Walk and we received the wrong size-this was not their fault; it was a size translation issue. We contacted them and they offered to send the correct size at no charge. Our experience with them has been outstanding.

as a result of a earlier than expected wear to the shoes, I was offered a replacement pair of shoes with no charge and free postage, customer services were very prompt in dealing with this matter have been very helpful and understanding from the start, I am very pleased with them and the outcome, a very positive customer experience, many thanks.

I recently placed an order for two pairs of Omega Walk shoes. While one pair fit ok, the second style was way too small. Susan and the customer service team responded within hours of my email with an offer to replace the second pair. I measured my feet, sent the information, and am now awaiting the replacement pair.
I think the company demonstrates great customer service and communication.

AVOID
I cancelled my order within the company’s own 24-hour cancellation policy, but Omega Walk still shipped the item and initially refused to cancel. They first offered only a 10% refund instead of honouring their policy, which was disappointing.

Communication was inconsistent, and the tracking number did not work at first, making it unclear whether the item had actually been shipped. I have now had to open a dispute with my payment provider and refuse delivery to try to get a full refund.

Not waterproof as advertised. Tried to return and was told they would have to be posted to China at my expense plus they needed to be unused…and obviously I had worn them once and ended up with soaking feet. It’s cheap Chinese rubbish. This company is operating outside of the UK consumer rights act…..which says…
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. You are entitled to a full refund if you reject faulty goods within 30 days.

Shoes were ordered at size 8 which I would usually be size 7.5/8. They didn’t fit they were too small but my mum said she’d keep them because she’s size 6, they just about fit her and were extremely uncomfortable, no support or cushioning. Then returning them was unfortunate as I could only get 30% refund and keep them to avoid costly return shipping fees to China. It’s outlined in their returns policy and their emails responses were quick but unfortunate to not be able to get full price back for a pair of shoes hardly even worth £5.

Light weight snow boots with great customer service. Would advise buyers to use the measuring info provided to ensure a correct fit first time.

Ordered some trainers after an ankle operation but unfortunately they were too light with no support so I contacted customer services who recommended a different pair and offered to send them to me in exchange. Very helpful

Omega walk footwear are very comfortable and light weight. I have to stand for longer period for my work so I bought Omega walk footwear & I am glad that I chose this company.Customer service is very helpful as well. I recommend this company.

Lightweight trainers in a lovely shade of white, fit was small so customer services were excellent in securing me a better size.

Purchased two pairs of bliss walk shoes and ordered wrong sizes. The return process was a bliss ! Thanks omega walk shoes

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Poor quality footwear and terms all one sided in favour of them. We have attempted to return footwear that are of poor quality and wrong size, they offered 30% to keep the shoes (no point when they don’t fit anyway), they tried to charge a 15% restocking charge which we declined and had to advise against our ‘consumer rights’, eventually agreed to refund us fully but pay for return postage back to their warehouse in China! Postage nearly £20!!!.

I like the shoes that I ordered very pretty they're comfortable

Very happy with my experience with the company. My shoes were too small. They were quick to reply to my request for a different size. I love the color and quality of the shoes.

Definitely they help me out and got the best attention I needed got my order fix thank a lot now I can have my mother happier with her new shoes (:

This company is promoting something that doesn't exist. I ordered a pair of physio recommended sneakers and not only did they take 13 days for Yodel to deliver, when they came they were useless. Wrong size, very flimsy stretch fabric around the ankle with no support, and nasty plastic soles. On asking for a refund, I had to pay £13 postage and 30% restocking fee, or keep them and no refund. Never again

I ordered a pair of the Omega shoes on-line. Unfortunately, they are a bit too small. The shoes are very attractive and well-made. I think they're going to be very comfortable. The company is going out of their way to get a larger size for me.
I would definitely order from this company again and highly recommend them.
