Purchased a watch that couldn't be appraised by Rolex. The watch was delivered with no paperwork, in a fake Rolex box and no receipt!!!

I am writing this review after several attempts to get OMI jewelry to do the right thing. I puchased a Patek Phillipe from them several months ago. When I picked up the watch, it was missing several items such as the OEM leather strap (it had an aftermarket rubber strap), as well as the Patek pusher, both of which were clearly shown in the ad. When I asked about them, they said they were ordered and would come soon. I have been patient over the past few months, occasionally checking in on status, and told to be patient.

I was basically told today, that they wont be willing or able to do anything. To get me the items I was promised. Or reimbuse me anything for me to buy on my own.

Buyer beware. Dont believe any promises. Once they have your money, they wont honor anything. Tremendous regrets. Will never buy from again

OMI Jewelry has best customer service. Walter was able to accommodate a fast delivery as the necklace I purchased was a wedding gift. The necklace was beautiful. I would recommend OMI Jewelry to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Recently purchased 2 picture pendants online for my wife and I. Was contacted by sales personnel Rodney for an upgrade for my pendant, for one he thought would be of my liking. Received both pendants via 2 day delivery. My wife absolutely loved her pendant but my pendant was just OK. Reached out to Walter via email in regards for one of my dislike. Speedy response and simple return. Spoke to Rodney again and he made it right this time. Did a one delivery cause I needed it for the weekend and it arrived on time. Was very well pleased and satisfied with the purchase and really appreciate their hard work. Will do future business. 👍👍

I bought a wonderful time piece from them. The customer service is spot on. The first watch that was delivered was to small in stature, I wanted a bigger one. They swapped it out in no time at all and the second watch was in my possession in no time.
