I’m disappointed with my experience ordering from OMI Jewelry. We placed our order on March 2 and did not receive it until May 20 — over two months later. Throughout the process, there was very little communication from the company unless we repeatedly called, followed up, and pressured the business ourselves for updates. Overall, it was a very disheartening and exhausting experience.

The biggest issue is that the pendant we received appears significantly smaller than what was advertised on the website. The listing claimed the pendant size was approximately 1.4” x 1.8”. However, based on direct measurements from our tape-measure photos, the pendant appears to be approximately 1.4–1.5 inches tall INCLUDING the bail and only about 0.9–1.0 inches wide. The actual pendant body itself appears closer to approximately 1.1–1.2 inches tall and about 0.9 inches wide.

Compared to the advertised dimensions of 1.8 inches tall and 1.4 inches wide, this is a substantial difference and feels misleading based on the product photos and sizing descriptions shown on the website.

Because so many other parts of this order were inconsistent, delayed, and inaccurate, it also raised concerns for us regarding the authenticity and quality of the metal itself. At the time of writing this review, we have not yet independently verified whether the pendant is authentic solid gold as advertised. To be determined.

For the price, wait time, and overall experience, it wasn't worth the money we spent. We just expected better transparency, communication, and accuracy.
