I bought a Rolex for my boyfriend's birthday. It came late because of "weather." I was out of town when it came and then gave it to my boyfriend a whole month early. Sadly, it was not what he was looking for. The store would not allow me to return the watch (which I found out after the fact I was way over charged for - my bad) since it was not returned four days after delivery - even though it was late and I was out of town when it arrived. Their loss because they could have charged me a restocking fee and then sold the same watch again for way too much and made much more money. Plus there was a lot of "This is your fault and not ours" going on on the OMI end. So....buyer beware.

I got very courteous, prompt service. The watch is the most beautiful I have ever seen. However, because of the rush that I asked for, they didn't notice that there were missing links in the solid gold band. My representative, Anthony, contacted the owner who immediately made it right by sending the links. I would truly highly recommend OMI to anyone looking for a great watch at a very fair price!!

I called to get a status of my order and Justin jumped on it and was all over it. He not only got me and idiaye, provided me reassurance that my order was gong to be overnighted and should arrive in time for my son’s birthday! The following day, today, Justin reached out to me again, not expected, as an added measure to ensure me my order was going to make it by tomorrow! This extra mile and going above and beyond separated OMI from the rest!

It took longer than expected but the pendant that I purchased was worth the wait. Definitely satisfied with my purchase. The owner reached out to me personally and that was greatly appreciated.

Justin went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I was super nervous about buying a ring from out of state without ever getting the chance to see it in person but Justin made the process super easy, even down to custom ordering! The service provided made me feel like a repeat customer not a first time buyer.

Purchased a wimbeldon two tone Rolex….. Justin was informative, responsive and reliable.
The watch was exactly as advertised and described….. the transaction could not have been easier and received the watch 2 days later! I beyond recommend Justin and OMI!

OMI exceeded my expectations. I wanted to get my wife a Rolex watch for our anniversary. The prices that I saw at my local jewelers were much higher than I remember a few years ago. So I decided to do a little research and explore the price range. OMI’s prices were substantially lower than what my local folks were quoting me. I looked into OMI‘s reputation, and found that they had very high ratings. So I pulled the trigger. The staff was incredibly responsive to my questions. When the watch arrived, it was beautifully packaged. The watch itself was sparkling and looked brand-new even though it is a preowned timepiece. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

I worked with Justin Oliver on my Rolex ladies Datejust. He was truly professional in every way and went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction at the highest levels. We diligently worked on my behalf to ensure the transaction went as smoothly as possible! Again, he is the consummate professional!

I ordered a piece of jewelry from this company and spent nearly $2000. I found something I liked better and immediately requested a refund. In order to return the item they charged me a 15% restocking fee. The return policy says they “may” charge a 15% restocking fee which to me implies under a certain condition, not automatically. The item I ordered never even left their stock because I canceled it within 20 minutes of purchasing after business hours. I would understand if the item had been prepared to ship but charging $300 to restock something that never moved from stock is just a sleazy way to steal from customers. Terrible customer care!!’

OMI Jewelry entire process was very quick and profession. The product was delivered on the exact day they said it would be but the BEST part of all was the craftsmanship! It was AMAZING! I've done alot of research and I definitely understand why they are rated so high and I highly recommend them! 5 Star customer service they answered all my questions and have great prices.

Absolutely love my custom picture pendant! It’s everything I imagined it to be. This is my second purchase from Omi jewelry and I’m so happy with my purchase as well as the outstanding customer service from Justin. They will definitely be my go to for all my jewelry needs.

Because I was interested in purchasing a pro-owned Rolex, I was very careful about researching various vendors in my area (NYC). I settled on Omi due to their incredible reputation and my interactions with a specific sales associate (Justin). Not only do they have a solid reputation for dealing in authentic and high quality watches and jewelry, but their customer service is attentive, knowledgeable, and yet low-pressure. I am a customer for life! (I ended up purchasing a date-just with a custom dial and original diamond bezel.)

Justin was very helpful with finding the watches with me, as well as helping with the wire transfer. He even figured out an overnight shipping arrangement.

I made several purchases from them in a few month time span. I messaged them after making another purchase that one watch was still not shipped that I had ordered 2 weeks prior. I was reassured that all was fine. I got shipping notification and 1 watch was sent. When I checked, both watches had the same delivery confirmation number though ordered 2 weeks apart. They did not even notice. I had to email with delayed response and then call them. They claim a new employee messed up. This is huge mistake I have never seen any other company make before. They did ship the other watch after I called, and the customer service person was kind. She apologized though the emails I got did not sound very apologetic from the manager. I just hope that this does not happen to anyone else as it was very shady.

The owner has since reached out to me and I have placed orders since then and been happy. I believe this was human error and that they are trying to remedy this so it does not happen again.

Justin is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field . He does a great job of communicating and keeping you updated throughout the buying process and even after . His disposition , personality and hard work ethic is top tier . He’s super down to earth and genuine . He goes to extensive measures to get me the best deal. I know I probably aggravate him with the million questions I ask , but he doesn’t show it lol . I really appreciate Justin for being kind and always delivering exceptional customer service .

I returned some ear rings.
When speaking to a young man name Justin he gave more information on other items.

I could have shop at other on line sites but this rep was awesome.

I in the past I have spoken to someone from customer service and he was so rule.

I told myself I will never shop at omi anymore.

This brings me back to Justin.

For 2 weeks we spoken on the phone and through text messages.

Long story short.
If it wasn't for his kindness and patience with me I wouldn't never buy again from you guys.
As of now I did purchase a pair of earrings that cost more then I was spending at first.

Just because the sales rep name Justin gave me good customer service
