Boy, was it worth the wait to get the NeoSurround! It was a long haul, but from the day I finally unboxed it, it was a game changer! Not having to worry about maintaining a particular position to get the benefits of PEMF was worth every penny on its own. And the effects seem to be more powerful than the other (still very useful/versatile NeoRhythm devices I have owned for a number of years), while still being subtle enough to not be overwhelming. The best part: others can share in the experience, just by being in the same room.

When I had questions about delivery dates and whatnot, the support team was just an email away. Despite being in very different timezones, I always received a fast and helpful reply.

Placed an order in November of 2025. It is now March of 2026, and I still have no product. I had to seek updates the entire time, no updates were readily provided. Every delivery estimate just quietly passed. I had to ask for a refund of my $700, and I have yet to receive it. Completely untrustworthy business.

This has genuinely been the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an on line purchase. I originally ordered a mat in early December. It hadn’t arrived by the end of January so I switched to the Neosurround. I was promised 11th Feb, then 24th Feb. Nothing. I have emailed on numerous occasions and do not even get a reply. These are expensive products and I expect better service.

Ordered in presale the Neurosurround device. Waited 6 months (instead of promised 1 month) for the shipment only to hear that the company can't schedule delivery for me in the convenient time when I can pick-up the parcel. I won't be able to receive parcel in March. As a solution I was offered and option to cancel order and get refund... What about 6 months of financing your product R&D that you marketed but eventually had not developed by the time you offer it on the market. Very disrespectful company. Take your pre-sale customers more seriously in the future.

I'm using it for 1 month now and especially when using it before going to sleep, I feel that I sleep better. I'm also using it to relax and mental capacity but I do believe it's a bit-by-bit improvement and takes its time. Of course I cannot say that it will work for everyone (same with food supplements or medicine), but I do believe that for me it has its advantages.

They clearly post lots of fake reviews all over the internet and have all sorts of fake studies and support that they've generated to get people to buy this. I fell for it. After it showed up, I measured how many gauss it puts out, and it's basically nothing. Like, very close to nothing. Barely enough to even measure. They say that it's 25 gauss. It's probably not even 1% of that. I bought the item for $300, and when I asked to return it, they said I had to mail it back to them which was in Slovenia (which I'm almost certain that's not where they mailed it from). I went to UPS, and they told me it'd be $320, not including the custom fees. They know that no one will return it since it costs more then the item. And as you will read in the other real reviews on this site, they don't even give you your money back if you did pay all that money to get it back to them. This is an absolute scam, and it's why they don't bother selling on websites like Amazon. Shame on them!

I purchased this tool about 2 months ago and I use it everyday. It helps me to relax, to change my mood, helps against pain or if I need to be more focused, etc. The principle is to use the different hz frequencies and change the brain waves. I was very curious if and how this works. It was recommended to me by someone I trust so I went for it. It is so amazing. Last year was an emotional year and I was very anxious. The Delta mode is restorative and deeply relaxing. Theta and Alpha are amazing. I put the device on my tummy while watching TV in the evening, I use if for the afternoon nap and I recommend this against anxiety or panic attacks (which I had due to the loss of a parent). It does not take away the grief, this is a personal process. But it helps me to breathe again and to stop being overwhelmed, especially in quiet moments when I panicked easily. For me such devices are the future for healing and yes, it may be seen with a twinkle of an eye but I recommend it from my heart.

I've been stubbornly using the NeoRhythm pillow for more than a year now, hoping it would eventually make a difference. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped with anything – not my chronic pain, not my sleep quality, nothing. I followed the instructions, tried different programs, and gave it plenty of time, but zero improvement.
The device itself feels clumsy to handle and cheaply made. For what they charge, I expected something premium and durable, not this.
It feels like OmniPEMF is taking advantage of desperate people suffering from pain and sleep issues with big promises that don't deliver. Save your money – this was a complete waste for me.

Scan and ripoff

PEMF helped me heal from two spine surgeries and a spina cord injury. I am grateful to Omnipef for their devices.

First thing first, I am not affiliate to Omnipemf and I paid the full price for the Neorythm. I use it for a month and I’ve bought a second one (always full price). If you want to check if your device is running or not, I found a simple trick : use you AirPods and you will heard thé frequencies. About their effectivness I can only speak for myself, it does work. I use it for exemple after a long Chess Game on the board (3h or more) and after 30’ I really feel the recovery. It also helps me in other ways. Test it for yourself .

Another useless BS "biohacking" non sense.

I hate to be this guy writing ugly nasty reviews.

But this product is a joke.

UX is clown world : tap the product twice to find it on bluetooth or whatever ... doesn't work ... try 5 times ... charge the BS product a second time for many hours ... try again ... get a small vibration ... still cannot connect on bluebooth.

So I smashed this garbage against a wall with max violence.

Folks, less is always more.

Forget these products... get a life, touch some grass, drink water from glass bottle (no gov water you have no idea what they put inside), do some sport, have a social life.

And ditch all these electronic non sense.

I have been using the Halo for over a year now. I have chronic back pain and use it for that. I also have insomnia and use it nightly for sleep.

If you have done any research on PEMF, this is the ticket. It delivers a good level therapeutically.

I have also bought several of these for friends with sleep issues and excess stress. That’s how strongly I feel about this product.

Terrible waste of time and money. The return policy is impossible. The shipping cost to return item to Slovenia was $200.00 USD - the unit only cost $249.00. Zero help from the company. No willingness to return even a portion of a product that seemed not to function at all.

Between my cats and me we own six Pemfp devices. I have every device they sell for myself to treat my chronic pain from various ailments, including fibromyalgia, bent Spine syndrome, and severe stiff neck. I find that sleeping with them helps me to feel better, sometimes using two at a time. Service and communication are excellent, with frequent sale prices to allow you to add to your collection. I highly recommend their products for people and animals.

I didn't start using them expecting quick results like so many do and what that said. I did notice pretty quick results.

The first night I use the pad I said it to improve sleep and I slept for about 10 hours solid. I couldn't believe it when I woke up! I didn't really think it was a one off but time would tell, right? I've slept solid every night since I started using it.

I ordered one for my husband too, but I didn't tell him about it until it arrived because I didn't want to give mine up for even one night for him to test it.

His sleep has improved, but it's not at the same level that I experience.

My second product is the headband, which I ordered at the same time. I got my husband his pad. Love it! I use the mental clarity setting in the morning while I'm getting ready for work and it's very noticeable how much more mental clarity I have right away. I also bring it to work with me and will do one cycle and another cycle if I feel like I need it. Once again, a very noticeable improvement in the amount of mental stamina I have during the day.

I'm addicted to both products and they go everywhere with me!

For those that complained that the life didn't change in a single use, my advice is to slow your roll. There are so many factors that go into lowering stress, good sleep, good vagel, tone, etc.. you didn't get where you are overnight and you won't get out of it overnight either. I'm in exceptionally good health as a functional medicine practitioner and biohacker, and I attribute this to my pretty much instant noticeable differences. I would not expect it to be the same for everyone. Stay the course even if you don't think you're getting the benefits from it because you don't feel anything different you will. 👍🏻😊

I am a retired Doctor of Clinical Psychology who was initially skeptical of the NeoRhythm product. However, I have found it helpful with improving my irregular sleep patterns. I fall asleep easier. I wake refreshed. I also have found that my slight Attention Deficit Disorder has improved and I am more focused. My mental Vitality and energy has improved. It has helped with stress recovery over a few days. I have found it to be helpful with regular use. My response seems to improve over time and regular use. I have also recommended it to friends.

This is a SCAM! I was unsatisfied with product so I obtained permission to return, affixed return label, paid to return it. UPS tracking shows it was received. The company via email acknowledges receipt and that refund is owed but for last 60 days have given long list of excuses to delay, I am filing small claims suit. Do not buy.

I ordered the Neorythm wearable device, and so far, I'm very pleased with the results. I use the sleep and concentration programs, and my smartwatch data shows noticeable improvements in my sleep quality.

They say they garantee the device for two years. I was told I would get a new one because mine had a battery that didn’t work. They never sent it.
