We completely understand how important reliable integrations are, especially for small businesses. While we aim to make our platform and integrations as seamless as possible, we realize there may have been a misunderstanding around what “seamless integration” entails in this context. To clarify, while Omnisend does import contacts from Wix, it does not support two-way syncing of subscription statuses. We haven’t actively advertised this feature as a two-way sync, but we’re genuinely sorry if the expectations set by the language we use led to confusion.

Regarding the refund, our standard policy states that charges for active monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. That said, we also recognize that every situation is unique. In your case, our billing team and senior support specialist carefully reviewed your request and made an exception beyond our usual policy. This resolution was communicated to you directly, and we truly hope it helped address some of your concerns.

We regret that Omnisend didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate you highlighting the areas where we can do better. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to improving the experience for all users — especially small businesses working hard to grow.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning unexpected charges can be. Upon investigating your account, we found strong indications that it was compromised — specifically, a pending admin access request sent to a suspicious email address. For security and privacy reasons, we’ve shared the full details via our in-app chat.

Given the situation, we’ve refunded the March charges for both your Standard plan and SMS subscription, and removed your card from our system to prevent any further unwanted transactions. Please rest assured that Omnisend does not initiate unauthorized charges — any payments processed are strictly tied to account activity, such as subscription renewals or upgrades.

Regarding support, we saw you initiated three live chats. In two cases, the conversation remained with our automated assistant, and it seems the handover to a human agent wasn’t completed successfully. However, during your third attempt, a support specialist connected with you and provided the necessary billing assistance.

We take account security very seriously and we’re genuinely sorry this happened to you. We’re glad you brought it to our attention so we could take swift action. If you have any further concerns or need ongoing assistance, our team is here to support you.

The issue with being logged out while creating campaigns may be related to your browser’s cache or cookie settings. While this hasn’t been commonly reported, our team would be happy to walk you through a few steps that often help resolve such behavior.

We’ve also taken note of the difficulties you experienced with SMS delivery. Our support team would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further, as message deliverability can depend on a number of factors.

Regarding the platform’s rules and restrictions, while we’re not entirely sure which ones you’re referring to, many of these policies are in place to ensure compliance with global regulations and to protect the sending reputation and experience for all users.
