I would like to share my experience honestly to help others make an informed decision.

I ordered a dress from Omychic based
on the product photos shown on their website. The dress appeared elegant, high-quality, and described as containing cotton. It was also shown as a long (maxi) dress.

However, when I received the item, it was noticeably different.

The material was chiffon instead of what appeared to be cotton, and the dress length was much short
er than expected (around knee-length instead of long). Personally, I do not wear short dresses, and I would not have purchased it if this had been clear.

There were also some quality concerns, including small white spots on the fabric and poor stitching around the chest area. The fabric under the buttons looked different (satin) and appeared poorly finished.

I purchased this dress for Eid, but unfortunately, I was unable to wear it.

When I contacted the seller, I was given the following options:
• Return the item at my own expense (return shipping costs exceed 400 SAR) for a full refund, or
• Keep the item and receive a partial refund (initially 25%, later increased to 40%)

Given the high return cost compare
d to the item price (around 702 SAR), returning it is difficult.

Another option offered was store credit, but after reading other customer reviews mentioning similar issues with product differences, I did not feel comfortable choosing that option.

After extended communication, these remained the only available solutions. From my perspective, both options result in a financial loss, even though the item does not match the description.

Because of this experience, I have lost trust in this store and will not repeat this purchase again. I only wish there was a fair way to resolve such situations and better protect customers from experiences like this.

In my experience with other online stores, returns are sometimes covered by the store—especially when the item is not as expected. This gives customers confidence to shop again, since online shopping does not allow us t
o truly evaluate the quality and material before purchase.

I am sharing this experience so others can be aware and consider carefully before purchasing.

After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my last communication with the seller was on March 25, 2026.

He vuelto a comprar otras botas, pero no sé cuándo llegarán. Por favor manténganme más informada de los días de entrega, entiendo que no hay una hora específica, pero sí por lo menos saber qué día, y poder llevar un seguimiento de cómo va el tiempo de entrega de mi compra. I ordered a product that cost over $100, and what I received was poorly made and not at all as advertised. The quality is extremely disappointing and does not match the images or description shown when purchasing.

What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting support or a resolution, and no one has responded. There has been no attempt to address the issue, provide a replacement, or offer a refund.

Based on my experience, this company appears to ignore customers once they have your money. I strongly recommend that others be cautious before ordering, as the product quality and customer support have been unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a dress for a special occasion paid the extra postage to ensure delivery. It never arrived in time and when the item did finally arrive it was nothing like the picture of the dress I did order. I have contacted customer services and asked for instructions on how to return the item and receive a full refund. I have received a response offering me a credit for 50% of the value which I have refused. I am still waiting for a response.

I ordered a kaftan dress, it was nothing like in the picture, the quality was beyond awful, like wearing plastic, it was much shorter than in picture and the print was nothing like promised An absolute scam. Do not order from this company!

The website photos are very misleading. The clothing I received looks nothing like what was advertised and is made from extremely cheap material. This was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Do not order from this store to get a return done is impossible.

I ordered a plus size green hooded jacket and it's been a month now that has still not arrive. I tried emailing customer service but you get an automatic AI service response back. They also provide a contact number but it takes you right to boost mobile support instead. Ohmychic is a scam. Very dissapointed.

Absolute disappointing experience!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! I purchased clothing from them on 9th Nov because it said delivery within 5-9 business days. When i dint receive any tracking number after 7 days I contacted the company and some impolite unprofessional person named Catherine replied to email telling me to there is no time frame for processing and then provided a tracking number which didn’t have any shipping information. After chasing the company multiple times the items were finally shipped and I received a parcel on 25th Nov but it had 5-6 missing items and one the clothing that was sent was completely different from what I purchased. When i contacted the company I was then told that another parcel is on the way after checking i can see the second parcel was sent on 25th Nov after my inquiry. I specifically told the company at the start that I needed these items on time as i was going on a trip and knowing this they didn’t send the items until 25th and worst of all thy didn’t even informed me about the delay or that there is a second parcel until I contacted the about missing items. Worst of all they are unwilling to contact courier company to cancel the second parcel so now i have to post pone my trip to receive the items as it cost me about $750 NZD and the company is unwilling to provide refund or understand customers concerns. On top of that every response has been from the same person who never accepts responsibility for the situation or the inconvenience they have caused and absolutely unprofessional and rude in their response. I will never purchase from them as they lie and deceive their customer. 0 start

the clothing has no resemblance to what is delivered. It is cheap and not worth a fraction of the charge. The sizing is wrong as well. I would never purchase from them again as returning is costly resulting in no real savings. do not buy from this company.

I love this linen skirt! It's so light and flows beautifully, which is perfect for warmer days.

This linen vest is a fantastic layering piece. It's lightweight and adds a touch of sophistication to a simple t-shirt and jeans. The fit is relaxed but not sloppy.

I wear this delicate pearl bracelet almost every day. It's so simple and classy, it literally goes with everything from jeans to a nice dress. A great staple piece.

This maxi dress has a lovely flow and an elegant feel, making it super versatile. It's just a bit long on me, so I'll have to get it hemmed, but otherwise it's perfect.

This turtleneck sweater is incredibly soft and cozy, not itchy at all. The button details on the collar are a lovely touch. A new fall favorite for sure.

These little cherry earrings are just adorable! They add a fun pop of color to any outfit and are so lightweight I forget I'm even wearing them. So cute.

I'm so happy with this leaf print chiffon blouse. It's light, airy, and fits true to size. Looks much more expensive than it was.

The graphic print on this linen shirt is so vibrant and fun. It fits nicely, though the color is slightly different from the photos online. Still a really cute top for summer.
