On Buy 

Ordered an item, when delivered it was a cheaper make AND Only half of the order supplied.
Customer service Eventually said they would sort it out, but Didn't
Wrote 4 times to the Supplier, they Never replied.
Don't buy from them, I never will again

£17.02 for 6 cans of pedigree!!! The item was supposed to be 4 packs of 6 only received 1pack, I'll be going to trading standards tomorrow for sure....disgusted

I ordered from onbuy and my parcel wasn’t delivered on the date it was meant to and when I tracked my parcel with dpd they never received my parcel so i emailed the shop WDW Trading and they said they had sent my parcel out but when I track my parcel they haven’t received it which I explained this and they replied saying I should take this up with dpd and that there’s nothing they can do I will never shop with this company again

Don’t buy from there. It’s a scam and fraud.

I purchased sofa from this website. Story short, I never received the sofa and the customer service never replied back. I now instructed PayPal to get the refund on my behalf.

What is worse, Experian notified me that details (login email and password) the exact ones that I used to set the account on OnBuy.com are now being sold online.

Stay away at all costs. SCAM!!!

I finally received full refund through PayPal.

Fake Company. Fake Reviews. It's a scam! scam! scam! They flood the reviews with their own positive reviews to hide the real reviews which clarify how they'll take your money but send nothing in return. Most of the companies don't even exist. Think about it this way. 64000 reviews and 8% are 1 star. That's almost 6000 1 star reviews, but it's hidden by the many fake reviews. And that's exactly how they operate.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED nearly a month after paying.
Contacted seller said would re-send, nothing.
Tried to go through Onbuy help desk heard nothing back. No live chat option to try again today.

I ordered Eye ointment 10 days ago, still not arrived, luckily only paid 9.99. Will not use them again.

I bought my daughter a stitch and lilo tracksuit ,it was 2 weeks before I recieved it and when I opened it it's a cheap cra py tracksuit with a transfer ironed on that wasn't the issue there a part of stitch foot missing on the transfer and 3 black finger prints on the top and with it been a yellow top they stand out I contacted the seller sent pictures I got a reply back I can't return it I can have a 10% refund and keep the item, then ignored my messages, to get through to customer service you have to go through 6 bots then you can send customer services a message explaining your issue and someone will get back to me! WOW , it's a site I won't be using again

i bought an amazon fire stick and chose free delivery and expected 5-7 day delivery time, i received my parcel less than 36 hours later, excellent service.

Only one out of pack of six items sent and that one was damaged. Customer services useless. Seller supposed to refund but still waiting.

From ‘TU’ seller I purchased a 3 Tier trolley. Still waiting delivery as was told 29th July 23, ordered 26th July. After sending message after message and also contacting the ‘on buy’ customer care a few times. All I’m told by robots is to wait 48 hours then contact customer service, again! It’s just one big joke. Now I’ve asked for my money back from this seller so part 2 later to tell you all the outcome. I will not buy or look at products on their site with such lax customer after care.
Afternote: on the reverse I have purchased telescopic ladders from another seller LMstarz . Delivered before due date. Best quality and very good stable ladders for the price. I will use this seller again.

Will never use these again. You cannot contact them. Bought a bed frame which all the support poles to hold the mattress are so flimsy they have bent so unusable. The account email was wrong so have no idea of the seller to use their protection policy. Its a joke

Terrible company. I bought a chopping board for nearly 30.00 it is cheap looking and rubbish quality slides all over the counter.
When I asked if I could return it they started to be rude and said I have to pay for it to be tracked and returned which would not be worth, they sell absolute rubbish not fit for purpose

Maybe they do or do not provide a good price, but as middlemen they sell without knowing whether there is stock. So time waste when your order is cancelled - out of stock.

Advertised a completely different product to the one received. Tried to return the item to obtain a refund, I had one response where someone asked why I wanted to return the item which I explained previously. No response since.

The item wasn’t the same item that was in the picture, therefore with the price we paid we thought we were getting the real deal! Now I am trying to return the item and they are not allowing me, unless I pay shipping but in there terms I must only do so to a UK address which they aren’t giving me. Not only that they aren’t giving me any form or return and are asking me to keep it!
Terrible company and no direct for of communication in order to solve this problem
