On Buy 

Do not buy from them. They sold me goods that was not fit for purpose then I had to pay £12. to return the item back to them. Their return policy says that most retailers will expect you to cover the cost of the return but they do not specify which retailers will not cover the cost of return. This is not right because it should be made clear at the point of buying which retailer will not cover the return cost then the buyer will be able to make an informed decision. As far as I understand, this policy is against the Consumer Rights Act and warrants further investigation

No customer service. Was given a broken item. Seller exploiting this by offering 20% discount and allowing me to keep a broken item I do not want not or want to pay for. Refusing a refund. I would suggest anyone to avoid Onbuy like a plaugue, no direct customer service number or chat. Ignored by Onbuy when you ask for help.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The worst customer service. Ordered a bed that never came, refused a refund, bed with badly damaged packaging arrived 2 weeks later and On Buy refuse to collect and refund. I used On Buy many times, but I never will again and I'll make sure I tell others about my experience. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered 2 packs of 50 Disposable Face Coverings from On Buy and received only One pack of 50
So my order is Incomplete
I've tried to get a Phone Number for them no success. They want you to create an account to be able to get in touch with them & as this was a one off order I don't want an account
There is No Customer Service to speak of, I won't be using them again

AVOID Sell fake aftershave 1 million. Box different colour. Brass cover all wonky spray broken. No embossed logo no code on base of botle smells awul. Say based in uk but actually China.
Contacting trading standards

If I could give a minus score I would! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!! They take your money and send fake items or items that are of inadequate quality and arrive damaged and good luck trying to get your money back, ive been trying for two months now to get a refund and have even opened a case with PayPal.

Complete and utter garbage bunch of thieves. Bought an item for £40 which was damaged. No comminution or support to help resolve. Now contacting trading standards.

The sellers ignore messages, on buy then contacts them but then doesn't follow up and then you are left with no options! This seller is uncontactable, they don't answer your online messages and use disingenuous sellers!

Learn from me I have a pair of beats headphones when order cancelled they ignored and sent anyway now I am trying to send back the seller doesn't tell me where to send, ignores messages and on buy customer service contacted them once and then nothing!

Ordered a patio cleaner fluid onbuy the money was taken into a holding account and order was refused. After spending the whole weekend trying to retrieve my payment without success. I've had to resort to using a item I bought from someone else as I can't contact onbuy.com. apparently a refused order is not traceable. I suggest anybody thinking of making a purchase on this site try to contact them 1st, it all looks good but just goes around in circles. I wrote this review for a earlier product that I'd ordered because there is absolutely no way of contacting onbuy so I left my disgust on a review. I was sent a email notification of my review and they'd edited it without an text I'd wrote....just top review 5stars.

I’ve bought a vax cleaner and they’re telling me it’s been delivered and now won’t respond to me scammers

Paid £25 for a polo shirt on this site ( from a retailer called guorange ) ordered a medium size as I normally do. It arrived and was far too small I requested they send a large and they said they couldn’t afford postage because they’re gross profit margin is low ! Would I take a 14% refund and I could give the shirt to a loved one ! The gall of these people ! Tried to contact onbuy a nightmare . Anyway I’m stuck with it . Do not deal with these people !!!!!

Absolutely shocking,

Yesterday evening wanted to order Xiaomi 13 ultra, add to basket And than Payment, could not get trough the Payment gate 8 times !!!!!
credit Card or PayPal ( Have there plenty money).
Than today I like to try again this morning And thé phone Went up From 585 pounds to 750. Now they can accept my Card. This Is just dirty business. Rip off

If I could give no star rating I would but you have to give a rating to write a review. Had my order cancelled by Onbuy stating “undeliverable address” which is where I live and get postal and parcel deliveries for years. Online have taken my money (yet to be returned) my worry is what they do with my personal details including bank details. After reading reviews this is a most dubious business!

So I ordered one toy for my son which was available only on this website and it’s say it’s should come in 10-14 days I guess it’s coming from china then after I make a payment I realise I never seen or hear about this website and I decided check reviews and I lost hope and I was really upset because I already promised to my son he will get it so the reviews are pretty bad and lucky me I got my order after not even 10 days and all it’s fine so I’m guessing it’s a luck but from my experience all was good

Product was faulty. No response from seller. Chased onbuy as they claim 180day protection nothing. I got one email after a very complicated system saying it was lost in their system I had 4 days to respond. I did within an hour and no response. I chased again and have been told it's closed and no other way to get hold.

Sold me fake Calvin Klein boxer shorts. Gave me no returns details so now PayPal are asking for proof of my return and Onbuy won’t reply to any of my emails. A scam company !!!!! I’m only glad it was £20.
