Shocking place ordered something in the uk still waiting two weeks later no reply terrible should be shut down

Purchased 4 bottles of sunscreen from ON Buy on 20012024.On 27012024 received 1 bottle ( having paid for 4) contacted customer "support" and received an e mail stating that the customer services team would be back to me "very shortly" to date 09022024 - have recieved nothing further from the company - despite me sending three further e mail enquiries.Buyer most definitely beware!

Weird. Excellent service buying a product, but this company make it really difficult to un subscribe from the email deluge that follows! I had to block them altogether. Silly company selling ploy, because otherwise I might have ordered in the future

When it came to returning an unsuitable sofa for a refund On Buy they passed me to seller who passed me to return address for item which had no customer service number or live chat so I still have sofa awaiting return with abysmal service from both companies , will never use On Buy again and advise others the same

After over twenty e mails for an item I did not receive, they sent me an e mail to say my refund would be in my bank in three to five days. Two weeks later when it hadn't arrived, I contacted them again and was asked if I had spoken to my bank. When I said I had they promptly closed the case as they thought it would cause "confusion." It's now over a month and I still do not have my refund!! THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY DISHONEST SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.

Seems there is on-buy (fake) and onbuy (genuine)

Im horrified with their service!
I ordered a while ago an item and after the expected delivery date when i need it urgently they told me its out of stock!
Now i tried again ordered again and same story!!!
you cant trust them

Recently made a purchase and never received it. Had an e-mail to say it had been delivered.
The process for sorting it out is a nightmare. Before on buy will get involved you have to contact the seller which I did.
The seller e-mailed back with an apology and told me that they would resend the order. Never arrived. I then contacted onbuy who said they would contact the seller. After several more days having heard or received nothing I contacted on buy again and they said it’s strange the seller hasn’t replied to us either. Several more days passed before on buy said they would refund the purchase price.
This finally arrived in my account after a further period.
From that day on I vowed i would never use on buy again and I will be true to my word. The whole process took around 3 weeks to be resolved. Not good enough.

Where do I start I bought a phone for my grandsons birthday took 3 weeks to arrive it only lasted 1 week then stopped working I contacted seller on several occasions no reply so contacted onbuy what a joke its 2 months since I contacted them they asked for original receipt for sending phone back I gave it to them I keep getting the same message send proof of postage and we'll give you a refund they've had proof of purchase I am a pensioner and can't afford to lose this money ive spent a lot of money with this company so I'm hoping they do the right thing

I won't use this company again. They kept asking for a review and when I gave an honest review, they just published the bits they wanted to - i.e. that it arrived on time, hence a 5 star. Ridiculous and a tad dishonest. I'll stick to Amazon.

Should be a zero start option or a minus 28 star option as I am down £28 after they didn't send my order.Also I can't log into the account I set up with them because they say they will send me conformation email but they never send it.These guys are criminals

Items have not arrived and I’ve been given a false tracking number. They have not answered any of my messages. I’ve contacted PayPal for a refund and they still haven’t responded. Dreadful company and I will never bother with them again. I certainly wouldn’t recommend!

Came on 5 days early, received confirmation straight away and was emailed a dispatch note when asked, updated upon arrival and great price for tv, no problems. Will order again

Dreadful order never arrived you cannot speak to anyone the company selling never replied the Onbuy company
said I need to keep trying the selling company.
An awful lot of aggravation.
Go somewhere that’s reliable.

Definitely think before you buy. Sent a hawie p40 phone back with no problems. But had absolute nightmare trying to get a refund. In the end I copied all the messages ready go to trading standards. I eventually got hold of the platform manager, and got my refund, with two weeks of fighting. The moral of the story is DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just received my large pink elephant and it is beautiful. Very happy with the elephant and the order. Thank you.

9th December order three duvet covers from On Buy
From two different suppliers. One cover arrival due
15-18th December and the other two 5-24th January.
10th December get email my cover has been dispatched and is "winging it way to me."I'm very happy quick delivery.18th December comes and goes no delivery. I get email from On Buy asking if I received parcel. I notify them no and was offered refund. Was refunded next day,so still very happy with company as refunded quickly. Put reason for nondelivery down to Chrismas overload. Now the other two covers were dispatched on the 13th December and were "winging there way to me". Dispatched on 13thDec but due to arrive 5th-24th Jan did raise a red flag but I patiently waited 24th January and no parcel email company and given the same excuse for non delivery had no tracking information so presume lost and refund given. So I thought I would do some research on company. Last year Trustpilot had 198 reviews of this company 91% one star . Lesson taught review before I order.

They sell fakes! I don't recommend to buy whatever there!

Think before you buy.
Ordered an item almost a month ago, and still awaiting delivery.
Paid via paypal, but heard nothing since, no confirmation of the order, not anything from them.
Cannot supply an order number, as confirmation never sent, paypal made payment to these people. Book passed to a seller i have no idea who they are and i am £32 scammed.
Looks like i will have to take it up with paypal.

I bought a e bike which was stolen. I then bought the same bike due to be happy with the first one. Had many issues from day one. The battery has only lasted 500 miles. They can't help even though its not even a year old. They can't supply a new battery as I asked to buy a new one.
I would never buy anything off them again as I found the supplier to them and wasn't surprised to find who they are. I now have a bike that is un rideable.
