On Buy 

Appalling company and am annoyed at myself for using! ordered a football kit for son which was £40 including delivery. Was meant to be delivered within 2 weeks …that was mid October. Still no sign and trying to contact them is impossible. You have to contact the retailer (it is a platform for sellers) and if they don’t reply you can contact OnBuy only they don’t respond and then you can’t contact them again because it says to respond to email you should have received but you haven’t had! Totally frustrating experience and would never never never use again and please don’t use if you want your item to arrive and to experience good customer service!

Waiting for over 17 days for a sd card. It cost £39 and is still “in transit” somewhere in a holding zone between the UK and Shenzhen…I will not create a user account in order to complain just so they can sell off my data. This is a terrible company. Avoid.

Bought from Onbuy.com for the first time about 3 weeks ago. The item was meant to be delivered within 5 days. I waited almost 2 weeks, nothing came. Then contacted the retailer and they just refunded the money without any explanations or apologies. Not a good experience for a first time buyer. I will never ever use Onbuy.com again.

Been fighting with them since August to refund £250, but keep saying to get in touch with Royal mail but they can't do anything as the retailer has not contacted them

My order hasn’t came. Referring to DPD. Nothing there had problems with that delivery company before
Orders disappears order from South Africa never delivered. There is nowhere to contact Onbuy.

Recently ordered car cam recorder from on buy the seller from China it cost just short of £20.what I got was a Onesie contacted seller who never responded so I contacted On Buy and asked for refund because it now is 18 days from when ordered and I don't intend waiting another 18 days I am still waiting for them to reply wouldn't recomend them to any one

One of the worst companies I have ordered from. I was sent a faulty product they advised I would be sent a replacement after chasing they advised it had been lost so would send another one which never arrived. I have been chasing this for months. All I get is the same message. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

They offer cash back through Topcashback and then decline it with no explanation - outside of what has already been agreed.
Additionally, I'm pretty sure that the product I received was actually counterfeit...

Item still not received company difficult to contact

I have ordered two phones over two weeks ago I'm still waiting for them to be delivered I don't want them anymore u would rather have a refund and purchase the products from somewhere else. I have text onbuy several times about my goods and have not received one reply from them.

Please never ever buy from here. They have all fake goods, I have lost money here.

Do not use at any cost disgusting service and no goods and no chance of a refund fraudulent

I purchased a phone through on buy with a company called yangling. I have never recieved it 2 months on. When I email on buy they don’t respond. Don’t recommend anyone use this company as they donot take responsibility for customers they are advertising. Disgusted. I am £75.00 down

I never heard of the site before so placed an order and thought I would pay through Klarna for extra protection
Today had message saying item was not in stock even though it’s still advertised as in stock and also selling it for an additional £80
After reading other reviews think I have had a lucking escape

Bought 2 bottles of paco rabanne 1 million edt for men for £50, I haven't smelt the real thing before so I have nothing to compare it with. This fragrance only lasts for an hour. The gold on the bottle top is peeling off after one use which leads me to believe that this is not the real deal. I should have thought buy cheap buy twice and will not order from this site again.

Trying to contact them directly or the retailer can only be done via email with a "48 hour" response time from them and no customer service number. They have now missed both the response times about a refund.

Do not buy from on buy!
I bought a willow figureine, it was half as small as it should be, made of plastic and looked like it was painted by a 5 year old!!! It went straight in the bin!!

This website doesn't even deserve this 1 star.

Do NOT purchase from Onbuy. They are just scam sellers.

I was scamed on my order through a 3rd party seller on Onbuy.
Didn't receive my order, was charged the money.
Seller refused to refund me the full refund, they offered a partial refund for 2 missing items i ordered!!
. They did not hold themselves accountable!

Was no way of getting intouch with Onbuy to sort the buyers protection out which is convenient for Onbuy and purposely done to mess you around.

The Onbuy website just has you going round in circles which again is infuriating and no further forward of getting my money back.

Not worth the hassle buying anything from this scam website.
These kind of sites should be taken down.

Absolutely atrocious site and service from Onbuy and the apparent legal 3rd party sellers.

An online platform that is nothing more than a glorified middleman for other retailer trades that when a sale goes wrong,as in my case,then takes no accountability in correcting the failure.When my purchase arrived it was not only damaged but to add insult to injury,was not the item I ordered.Upon pursuit of redress the retailer involved pledged a full refund but then reneged.On Buy's website then compounds this problem for ,whilst appearing all shiny and helpful,merely leads the consumer down endless digital portals with question after question about how they may assist but at the end of each no link or email or tangible resolution is offered. The consumer is left totally in the dark,with no resolution in sight as to how he may seek redress and secure a well deserved refund.
