On Buy 

On buy are a good online store UNTIL a customer has a PROBLEM! when i contacted them about a missing delivery of WEEDKILLER they just replied that they would contact the seller? After a while i contacted on buy again and they said they because it was after 30 days it was to late for on buy to do anything and that I should contact PAYPAL for a refund

After purchasing trainers they arrived a month later. Unfortunately they are 100% not genuine and have to be returned.

scam of a company told me to return items for refund then would not accept items police and PayPal aware their coming for you also be aware their insolvency date is set for 17th October 2023 companies house does not lie >>>

Ordered 6 tubes of musselex gel rub and received 2 bottles of cherry syrup? Contacted the sellers over a week ago and no reply so clicked on get help from onbuy and no reply from them either! Now onbuy send me a message asking if I was happy with my order etc and when I click on no it takes me back to my messages and then says I cannot send another message as I have already contacted onbuy, so now I have no idea what to do or how to get my £29 back and return the cherry stuff!

Seller has never sent the item after 2 months, no customer service number to contact, just a random email every now and then saying they will contact the seller directly. Not getting any response at all now, can’t contact them any other way. Absolute scam.

Con merchants, don't lose your hard earned money, not to be trusted.

I brought Hismile teeth whiting from this company, I have never brought an items from this website before .

After testing the product I realised that the HISmile is fake from china, is not the original but the company has other products that are good but if you are looking for the real deal/ name products/ it’s not here, if the company wants to contact I’ll be happy .

I purchased a set of telescopic ladders, which are not fit for purpose and dangerous, I'd feel safer on a rope ladder. I contacted Onbuy on the 17 September and still have had no response, I have sent a another message and still waiting on a response, I am now going to have to contact my bank to get my money refunded, I will not be using them again, I would advise do not use this site

Joke of a company !! Bought AirPods which are now broken , no way to contact seller/company . In contact with small claims court and trading standards . Terrible company avoid at all cost

BEWARE, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ONBUY WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!
Their 'OnBuy protection states that you can message them but this option is only during a conversation with the seller, in which you click 'get help from OnBuy', after 2 days.
I selected this however I didn't hear from OnBuy following a request for assistance 5 later and was forced to raise a case with Paypal, despite OnBuy's response stating 'we will be in touch within 48 hours'. There is also no way to Contact OnBuy via phone, email or any other messaging system.
I have an issue with a phone which is not fit for use in the UK and I have no way to get help and will be over £600 out of pocket.

Product (ink cartridge) has not arrived although they say it has been delivered.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering

This company is carrying out criminal activities and should be reported to stop.
After several emails to register ,i did and money was taken from my bank account. I received an email to say my company was not eligible to sell so my subscription will be cancelled. Today they have taken another money again . very disappointed and wants to share for business so you don't fall into this .

Do not buy from this company. Bought hair product which was counterfeit…..initially very helpful but 2 months down the line nothing has been resolved and are now ignoring my emails - disgraceful

If it wasn't for constant messages from myself I would never have been sent my item. When it did show one of the parts was broken and now I'm not even getting a reply about a replacement! I'd avoid

This company is a joke i ordered 4 seperate items through ON BUY 2 arrived but the other 2 didnt,i contacted them many times but with little to no help,it seems once they have your money then they dont give a toss so my advice to everyone is AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE

I ordered filter cartridges which arrived after 3 weeks, dreadful. When they arrived they oozed black liquid, when I contacted them they were extremely difficult to get a response from them. I was worried about ingesting the liquid in my water filter and asked if I could have a refund as they were obviously faulty.
I eventually got a refund but still was charged original shipping, when I asked for the refund of that too I was told to return the product which I had already disposed of due the the worries about using them.
They knew this as I had emailed them telling them also including photos of the liquid oozing from the product which was horrible.
No response!!
I’m particularly concerned about the reviews for the seller as well because I left a one star review and it’s never been published, seems strange to me

Fake aftershave!!!! Do not buy!!! Wish I read this before I bought it, really poor quality box bottle etc. Shocking...to update since I wrote this.. I contacted the retailer saying this was a fake and i immediately got a refund.

It’s a big scam..don’t trust this site!! I lost a lot of money..after I wanted to cash out my money they so called donated my money to the Red Cross what is ridiculous

One Star is too much. Bought like others who have left a review from a seller named guorange. I ordered a medium and the seller decided to send me a large. The seller admitted they had made this decision without consulting me. When I told them I wanted the item they replied I should keep the item and give it to a loved one, and they would give me a 16% discount on my next order. Why would I want 16% off another order that would be the wrong item anyway. Contacted Onbuy, waited 7 days for a reply that basically said they werent interested. Looked on line how I return the item and it wont even give me that option. I know on these reviews people say "avoid at all costs" but seriously AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I understood that all new items bought in the UK had a 12 month warranty. That may still be the case but only if you buy from a reputable company and not from "Onbuy"
Please read their response on reporting faulty IPhone.
