Great way to keep your water flowing!! So easy to use, called and they scheduled me with a plumber whincame out within an hour, despite not being a true emergency. Didn't pay a dime. Highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend Oncourse Home…
I would not recommend Oncourse Home Solutions. After I cancelled my coverage, they still billed me for another month. Crooks!!
Don't sign up!
06.26.26 On course contacted me by phone. The Director told me they would remove their fee of $44.87 from my Consumers Energy bill. I also asked him to send me an email to verify that information so I can forward Consumers Energy. He told me they don't send that kind of information. To me, this sounds very odd, like what is going on?

Hvac maintenance appt rained out
Hvac maintenence appt was canceled due to rain. I called to reschedule & was given 6 more weeks out, which put me at the end of the line. I expected to get a re-schedule immediately or at least within 5 business days.

Online Issue
Your associates did a great job, they tried to help. However, it took 3 calls before someone found the 8 digit claim number that began with a zero. ( which was not included on any of my papers). Then the link didn't recognize the claim number, to much work for the quickest track.I had to scan and email
It would be nice to talk to a state-side representative

Oncourse solutions did a great job!
2 men came out and did a great job. It was nice not having to pay $800.00 to get the sewer running freely. They were friendly and courteous and new exactly what to do.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Our main drain was clogged and we also had a clogged pipe where the washer drains. Both were cleared and are working much better. Very happy with the results, thanks Oncourse!
