Easy to register and navigate the site. Self paced learning option is perfect for my work schedule

customer service was terrible, no one knew what they were doing for a simple fix. they kept me on hold over 5 hrs. in two days. the first 3 hours was completely useless and no one ever called me back. then i had to repay for the same course. i like the website but you would think on the busiest days of the year for the company they would have better customer service techs that are properly trained.

You guys are great! Easy to follow formats and process!

Unorganized. Webinar doesn't work. They don't send you a link. Assignments say due before you started. Prep XL is complicated and not straight foward. There refer to discussion post but there is no discussion. Been doing online classes for over 20 years and this is bar far the worst. It's even worse when you are trying to learn a new career and the format is so bad.

Going on 3 years with OnCourse and it’s is by far the best course I’ve purchase since getting my license.

The classes are simple and easy to navigate. They were well explained to assist you in answering the questions on the test.

Your quizzes were hard to pass, and then I bought a Az class on the last day after realizing that I missed a hr of Az time on my renewal
Hrs and it wasn't even state specific. You took that class down and I spent a hr doing a random class for now reason.

My experience was terrible.I have taken this course with another school every year; and I had never experienced taken that course in two parts. I have always registered for the CE for Mortgage Loan originator and pay the fee assigned .and no problem until I came to On Course Learning the experience was horrible.

This is the third time that 'oncourse learning' has prompted me to leave a review (I did respond already to both of the prior requests - in addition I sent several emails to them without an adequate response).

To start off, when I went initially went online earlier this week to sign up for/complete my annual 12 hours of continuing education, after adding the required classes to my 'cart' (7+1 hour 'MLO' CE + 4 hr 'RI' CE), I was bit annoyed at the fact that even with the current '25% promotion' the total charges for the course work came out to be $170.82 (vs. the $114.80 charge last year). I have receiving my annual CE through the Arizona School of Business & Real Estate (and it's various Colibri affiliates) since 2009. Before completing my purchase, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the substantial price increase and unfortunately, they did not really seem to care about my concerns. Unfortunately, due to the approaching deadline to complete the CE, I grudgingly completed my purchase and started the first portion of the online course work.

With the first 30 minutes or so, I started coming across numerous errors on the periodic 'quiz' questions which require to you select the 'wrong answer' to proceed with the course (after the 3rd or 4th instance, I started taking 'screen shots' of the 'wrong answers' - several copies attached). There was even an error on the 'final exam' questions (screen shot attached). In addition to the incorrect answers on the questions, there were also several points in the course where quiz questions appeared that pertained to topics not yet covered.

You'd think that after a more than 30% increase in the price, at a minimum, the material presented would at least be 'proof read' by a knowledgeable individual before using it in an educational setting.

Even after 15 years of loyalty, when it comes to completing my CE next year, I will definitely be looking for a new provider.

I purchased the class in December and without notice you all deleted the class before I could even complete it.

Very easy to navigate through the system. And after I took my class they send the info directly to NMLS. I definitely recomend this online course.

They signed me up for the wrong state course. After I took it they wouldn't fix anything or communicate with me until I called via phone. They then transferred me around and acted like it wasn't a big deal
