Ridiculous company
Ordered a treadmill on 30th June, broke after a few uses, main board died. Contacted oncros and after a while they finally gave me a partial refund and agreed to send a replacement part (despite I wanted to replace it as I have no knowledge of replacing this part) and despite contacting them several times since I don't have a part and they haven't responded. So now I have a product I can't use and I've been ripped off. Definitely avoid this company.

I read the reviews AFTER I placed the order and really panicked that I'd potentially lost my money. However 3 days after I ordered the treadmill it's in my house and I've used it already. Not sure what's happened with the other people but I can't fault the company.

I have no complaints about this Company. I ordered a treadmill online on 25/10/2022. Had a notification the following day saying it had been dispatched - it arrived 27/10/2022 within the couriers estimated timeframe, packaging undamaged and in perfect working order.

So I made an online purchase for a treadmill. They had sent emails which in the bottom stated âtrustpilot 4.5 starsâ didnât think much of it but thought Iâd look into it. Only to find all of these negative reviews. Within half an hour of placing my order I requested to cancel. They asked why I wanted to cancel and offered me £9.99 to keep the order (I hadnât received an order I had only just placed it) I simply stated I didnât have the order and I just wanted to cancel for a full refund. They assured me the cancellation request had been put through to their ârelative accounts teamâ. They told me to contact in 2 days hadnât I of heard anything. I waited two days and heard nothing. I was getting no response at this point. I was relentless with the constant emails though. The day of the purchase I contacted my credit card issuer and they were aware so as soon as the payment cleared an investigation was automatically raised. Iâm so glad I did this. I sent oncros an email stating my credit card issuer was raising an investigation into the transaction to get my money refunded. This was when I received pretty much an instant response and a refund notification. My advice⊠cancel the order, phone your card issuer or bank right away so theyâre aware. Hound them with emails, and then inform them that youâve raised a dispute. My refund cleared in my account this morning.

Bike return to Oncros
I ordered a bike from Oncros, not realizing it was a folding bike. I started the return process on the same date the bike was delivered and was told that I would have to pay for the return as it was not a quality issue, for two or so weeks the company offered money back to keep the item which was no use to me. I sent the item back which they then had "lost", and required that I send them the return address, tracking number, and proof of return to them, which the return process still took 4 weeks to complete. In total, the return process took 3 and a half months.
Overall, I am just not happy with how long the process took and the back and forth from the returns department, the fact I had to pay for the return (especially when you pay for delivery), and the time it took to get my money back. I sadly wouldn't buy from this company again simply out of concern for having to go through this process again. However, the return department were always polite in their emails.

Not bad at all for the price and the delivery was really quick (next day once I got the despatch email) with notifications which were bang on. I bought a Fitness Club rowing machine - relatively easy to assemble and does the job! Based on this I would definitely use this site again.

Neither phone number listed is reachable and have not had a response from a direct message in Instagram. Dreadful customer service when it states having a response within 2 business days.

What a dreadful company. Ordered a treadmill at the beginning of September, heard nothing. Finally got an email to say it had been shipped, then nothing again. Contacted customer services to be told that TNT had tried to deliver twice and had left cards etc. Simply not true. No cards, no contact. I then arranged for a delivery date, sat in all day until 6pm, nothing. Contacted customer service again and asked for a full refund. No response. Emailed again and Nancy told me they will try and deliver again!!! My response was to ask again for a refund and lo and behold my message was BLOCKED!! Emailed again not using the words refund or money and Nancy responded with the same old trying to deliver story. Returned email requesting a full refund and yet again, message BLOCKED. it seems if you mention the words refund or money they block your email.
Luckily I ordered my item on my credit card so requested a chargeback which came through today so I'm not out of pocket, but what a disgrace of a company. Take your money and then nothing.
