I ordered from them in mid September said my order was being packaged then heard nothing more I’ve contacted them multiple times and heard nothing back

I have ordered 2 times before with no issue and this 3rd time I have not yet received my package I have emailed support@snustown several times with no response as well as filled out contact support on their website.

I bought from this company 2 times, first time was perfect, the next order I made was 3 months ago, I have sent many emails trying to get a refund, tracking number or even just if it got seized at customs, nothing, they never respond to emails. Still waiting for this package after 3 months.

placed an order 9 days ago and til now no communication, no tracking information whatsoever, i've sent them like 4 emails and they never replied, mind you they said it would deliver in 4-7 business days, unfortunate for a company with such a large social media presence to be this shit at communication
EDIT: its been a month and 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my order and all my emails were unanswered

Absolute scam I’ve ordered sept 7 its been 8 days since and so far no delivery updates or nothing I texted and did everything but still nothing was showed to me if i dont hear back in the next 2 days i will request a refund

Terrible, please don't order from here, it's now been over a month. No delivery updates and no customer support.

UPDATE: pakage came after 2 moths they didn't hide the shipment got seized and now i'm on a list. WHAT A SH1T SITE

i’ve been waiting over a month with zero shipping updates and i’ve wrote to there customer service over 15 times with not a single reply

Ordered on july 11th, order was supposedly shipped on july 15th. 5 emails sent,4 dms and 0 responses. Very fed up considering they have a big fan base on tiktok.

I ordered 6 cans of snus 2 weeks ago, and it still says “preparing shipment”. I’m conflicted on whether or not I should just get a refund on it all and forget about it

I ordered from this company and it’s been a nightmare. I haven’t received my shipment yet, and despite reaching out multiple times, I haven’t received any communication or a tracking number. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency.

Got Absolutely ripped off, I made an Order on June 15 And its now an hour away from being June 24. Their Customer Support is beyond Shit and havent replied to a single one of my emails. on my shop app it still says "Preparing shipment. what kind of order takes more then a week to get prepared? am i ordering a car or a nicotine pouch? i cant even get a refund or anything either They dont even have the decency to say anything back.

Correct order came, custom support replies and is very helpful, shipping is cheap but a little slow. Other then that great and would order again

Good products and prices. First order arrived although waited longer than other couriers. Ordered a second time and it never arrived. They say their courier confirmed delivery, but can't give me any proof of delivery, not even a date so I can check my cameras on that day. They've not given any resolution or refund.

Also ich kann daweil nur sagen auch wenn sie nichts dafür können aber ich warte schon 2 wochen auf das paket bei anderen seite wäre das paket schon längst da also ich werde diese bewertung dann noch ändern wenn das paket da ist

I never got my shipment and it says give a review and I can’t track it at all so they think it’s Delivered.

I never received either of my order, and when I emailed them it took a long time to reply, and then they stopped answering.

Did not even recieve product yet. More that 2 weeks now.
