Excellent service from One Health. I was cautious booking this as I haven’t had a well woman review before but I feel reassured and have a couple of next steps to follow up. Having time with a Doctor meant I could discuss various things that I would have avoided bringing up in a 5 min consult with a GP.

First time I had a health screening at One5 Health after a colleague recommended them, and very happy with my experience. All my concerns were taken into consideration and I received very helpful advice. Some additional tests were recommended that fit with my concerns and were very helpful in figuring out some issues. A happy surprise was that I still receive some guidance after the screening review and can ask further questions - so not just a quick series of tests, but serious concern for my wellbeing. Will definitely be back the next time I need advice or a check-up.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gaurav Sabharwal as part of an extensive Well Man Check, booked with One5 Health. It was an excellent experience, Dr Gaurav put me at ease as we discussed physical and mental health history, reason for check and talked me through the purpose of each test. The results were received promptly and the follow up appointment was great in outlining findings, suggestions for improvement and further advice. I intend to return in future and would highly recommend.

A great experience all round. I went for a yearly health check after having used different providers across London and this was by far the best and one. I will happily return next year. Online I found a clear list of the services provided which were all exactly as described. The consultation was carried out by Dr Gaurav who took an active interest in my overall health and clearly explained any concept that was unclear to me. After I received my test results, in a very timely manner, I was able to either have a face to face or virtual consultation. I opted for the latter, where Dr Gaurav went through all of the parameters and explained what I could do to improve my health is simple terms giving concrete and actionable examples. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! I did the Wellman's health checkup and went back for another blood test after some raised levels in those results. Results were quick, Dr Gaurav Sabharwal was very pleasant and informative, and the whole process was seamless. Something everyone should do. Also worth checking with you health insurance as it may already be covered.

I recently had a Well Man check at One5 Health by Dr Gaurav Sabharwal. The whole experience and process was excellent. Dr Sabharwal and his team were polite, professional, and good at keeping me updated.

In addition to a blood test at my initial consultation face to face, he checked body composition and hormone levels. For me, this is great baseline data to compare back to when I next have my review and blood test with him again in 6 months time.

I had a virtual follow up consultation within a week of my blood test. He explained clearly and in detail what the normal ranges were and areas that could be improved through diet and lifestyle.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sabharwal. I felt very well looked after and in safe hands. He is a first class professional.

He also subsequently followed up with me after I got some test results back to explain their implication in a clear and easy to understand way. The appointment was both informative and educational, with Dr. Sabharwal going beyond just the physical symptoms I had presented with and digging into the causal factors from a lifestyle and more overall wellbeing point-of-view. We also spoke about the relationship between my physical and mental health, not something I’ve often spoken to my doctor about. Finally, and most importantly for me personally, we established some small, clear and measurable goals to help me change my health and wellbeing for the better and I have booked a followup with him to check in with how I’m proceeding. I recently got a well woman check up from One5 Health and was really impressed with the efficiency, expertise and care that I received. It was the most comprehensive check up I have received, and the Doctor went through the results carefully and helped me set out an action plan. I was referred to this clinic as one that understood and could meet the particular Covid-19 Fit to Fly certificate requirements for entry into Cambodia. Where numerous other clinics were unable or unwilling to provide what was needed One5 did it with great efficiency, combined with kind and charming service. I cannot speak highly enough of the high quality service we got from everyone from the person who answered the phone onwards.
