Very polite and quick service and quick results

Helpful staff

Even though I was very late for the appointment- I was treated very respectfully and in no time had my blood drawn and was on my way. The results came through very quickly. Am excellent experience all round.

A very good experience .It wasn't a great start, because I opted to have the home test, and could not get enough of a sample. However, they were very helpful about it, and I ended up going to the clinic at Croydon to have a professional take the blood for an extra charge.
Very quick and efficient and kindly, and I got the results the next day (unexpectedly).

Friendly staff, quick turnaround for results, detailed explanation of results. One very happy customer. Will definitely use again for future checks.

Booking the test online was easy. The Phebotomist at Croydon Clinic was Toni, she was very patient, kind, gentle, I almost didn`t feel a thing when she drew the blood, she explained everything clearly. I got the results the same day. I was very pleased with the experience.

I had three vials drawn as part of my blood test and was quite anxious in advance, but Toni was patient and calm and it was virtually painless. The booking process was easy, I was sent all the information I needed in advance and the turn-around time for receiving my results was very fast.

This was my first time using one day tests in Croydon. The nurse that took my blood was very friendly and she was very informative. The process was very quick and easy and I got the results back the same day. I will be using one day tests in the future.

The customer service I received from Toni at the Croydon branch was among the best, good old fashioned care which is what our NHS is missing, I went for a Ldl cholesterol test APO B test that is not normally checked by regular drs. I couldn't remember which test I needed and Toni took the time to help me figure it out which one I wanted.
The results came back fast.

Nice experience

Viviane the phlebotomist was very friendly and professional, and took my blood sample first time without any discomfort or bruising. I received the results within a few hours on the same day, along with a full explanation of what the results indicated.
