Hands down best blood draw I've ever experienced, by Bridie who was very lovely.

Service was great and the lady was lovely

I discovered the service through an on line search for private blood tests. Site was easy and informative and I was pleased to be able to use a local facility rather than use the postal service. It would have been easy to make an appointment, but when I saw that there were available appointments on the day I just walked in. Bridie was welcoming, informative, professional and helped me to set up an account. The lab team emailed me when they received the bloods and again to say they'd started the tests. I received a clear explanation of the results earlier than I expected. Excellent service.

Walked in and got my blood test done that same day. Customer service was really good and the results came the next day as promised. I highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend one day tests, the service was brilliant. Bridie in Newcastle was amazing as my veins are not the best but she got them first time. Very informative especially if like me my view is prevention not cure if at all possible. All test results came back next day even with the longevity test.

I booked a clinic visit after my finger blood sample was found to be unusable (probably my fault). The Phlebotomist was warm and friendly and took my sample quickly and without pain. This was at 11 a.m. on a Friday. The result was in my inbox the following afternoon. Fantastic service.

This is an exceptional professional service delivering blood test results on a fast turnaround and the ability to book with a GP to discuss promptly and very professionally. This is a well recommended service from the blood sample at the clinic at Blanford Newcastle to the results and online consultation afterwards.

Excellent service and so easily available to book. Bridget was so welcoming and explained everything. Fast and efficient. Would definitely use again and highly recommended for service, price and delivery of results.

Excellent. Bridie who was great craic (Irish for chat) got the sample first time which was way better than the nurse at the hospital yesterday. Very professional and efficient. I had the sample taken last Friday and the result was with me on Saturday which was amazing. The sample I had taken at my surgery on 30th June came back on Monday 3 August!!! Highly recommend the service.

Very simple and quick booking process. I was seen on the same day of booking and had my results back the following morning. The clinician (Bridie) was very friendly, professional and informative. She ran through everything that I needed to know, including timescales, how to access my results, and how to share them with my doctor. I would attend again if I need to in the future, and would also recommend to friends and family.
