My experience of One Day Tests was very good. I wanted a speedy test and was able to’walk in’. Was met by a friendly staff member who explained the process thoroughly and then took blood. I received the results a day earlier than expected in a format that was clear and easy to understand. Although my test was probably one of the more straightforward ones, this was nevertheless a very satisfactory experience and I would use One Day Tests again if the situation arose.

The service was fast, efficient and friendly. I booked the appointment the night before my blood test and had the results the day after. The blood sample was taken with ease and with good explanation of the steps.

Friendly staff very informative very thorough in explanation, put at ease in a very very clean environment.

Bridie at Newcastle was brilliant with my nervous son, and the results were back in just over 24 hours.

The nurse was professional and quick. She explained everything and even had time to listen to my questions and answer them. A rarity these days.

The environment was lovely and clean. The blood test was quick and easy and before work too. I was made comfortable and welcome. I would definitely book again.

The complete packages / range was excellent, full lists of tests available. From the welcome, to the advice, relaxing for the customer, prices very reasonable, well presented business, no bruising very happy and highly recommend, test results available 24 hours after, Bridie was excellent start to finish.

Used the Newcastle blood draw location. Bridie is amazing. Very helpful and efficient. Would 100% recommend her and one day tests. Actually had my results in 24 hrs which was amazing.

I was a tourist needing a specific blood test, emailed support asking about exact methodology to analyze sample and was given the complete and technical answer required with quick response.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Super easy to book online and great value for money. I went to the new clinic in Newcastle, was seen immediately. Birdie (who took my blood samples) was really lovely, professional, warm and caring. I was given accurate information and had all my results by the next morning!! Can’t recommend this service enough! Will definitely use again.
