Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Took insurance out with them in January and paid in full only to receive a £257 additional payment demand for a previous vehicle that was stolen from our driveway last year (different insurance company) not impressed!

Abbie was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. She made the changes to my policy smoothly; it’s not often you come across customer service that feels this easy and genuinely helpful.

Abbie T helped me today to resolve 3 issues - an update of insurance details on MID, portal access issues and a policy change. All dealt with efficiently via chatbot. Full marks for her excellent customer service.
