Absolutely horrific company, triggered an automatic renewal even though I phoned a year ago just after purchasing to make sure that option was off.
Now passing me to a debt collector for apparent money owed even though I changed insurers.

Appalling broker, shocking customer service and obscene charges when you need to make changes to your policy mid-term. Tried to change to a vehicle worth 50% less with 50% less power and 20 groups lower mid term and they wanted to increase my price by 30% to cover the remaining 4 months, then tried to charge me £75 to cancel because they had provided a quote. Avoid like the plague and try a reputable broker.
