I signed up about 3 weeks ago, invested most of my time on signing up to projects and passing certifications, right after the platform update, after committing to a project, my account got disabled for no specific reason or explanation.
Iâm truly disappointed, especially because I canât seem to get any response from the oneforma support team
So I signed up about 3 weeks ago, and have been doing the exams for the certifications. Passed mostly all of them, when they did the update to the website they had incorporated the authenticator 2 step log in thats fine I had it all synced together so when I log in it would automatically send me the verification code. I would try to log in and it sent the verification code, then I would type it into the box press submit. It would say invalid code which didn't make since to me so I would redo the verification code. Said the same thing then I clicked recovery code typed that it said the same thing. For 3 days I tried to log in. So I emailed support they came back and said that my account was disabled due to fraudulent or multiple accounts. Of course they won't show me what they are talking about. I have one account and can prove my identity so I was not in violation of anything. Actually I can prove that I have been nothing but honest on my account profile...etc. If you try working their apparently signing in means your a fraud stay away from this company.
I worked on a project with OneForma and initially had no issues completing it successfully. However, I later got removed from the platform due to an MFA login issue beyond my control. Now my account has been deactivated for âsuspicious activitiesâ without explanation, even after completing previous work with no problems. Support has been completely unresponsive throughout the process. Donât waste your valuable time as a contractor with this company.

I recently received your invitation to join Project Milky Way, which aligns perfectly with my skills and interests. However, I am unable to proceed because my OneForma account remains suspendedâwithout explanation and despite multiple attempts to contact your support team.
Frankly, the lack of response is unacceptable. I have reached out repeatedly and have received no meaningful assistance. This silence is not only unprofessional, it actively prevents me from participating in your projects and earning income.
I am requesting an immediate review and reactivation of my account. If this is not possible, I expect a clear and detailed explanation. The time-sensitive nature of your bonuses and orientation program makes further delay unreasonable.
If I do not receive a resolution, I will escalate this matter externally. I am prepared to file formal complaints with relevant consumer protection platforms and freelance worker advocacy groups.

Like many (or even all!) here, I took the tests and spent a lot of time. But these are just scammers, so when you apply for a project, you get a message about suspicious activity. It is impossible to unlock your account. Support responds with "well, check the internet" as if it's not anti-fraud that is triggering for some unknown reason.
In addition, from what I've been able to find out about their rates, they are much lower than their competitors. I hope this pathetic company stops spamming me with their news and projects that I can't get into.
Was really excited to join this company. I am advised my account is in good standing at the time of writing this. I have completed many hours of onboarding for the Milkyway project, however I am advised that even though I've passed the required exams I cannot contribute due to fraudulent activity. I have queried this multiple times and either get a response advising me my account is in good standing, or no response at all. Completely ignoring the questions I've asked. How can my account be in good standing, but also not eligible for a project after hours of onboarding due to fraudulent activity?? Also been contacted about a transcription project, again I've onboarded, passed and then nothing. I think Oneforma may be using this as free work with no intention of allowing me to actual "work" on a project.

No meio tempo me chamaram para reuniões com o time de Especialista de Alta Perfirmance. Fui e contei meu caso. Nada. Resolvi então criar outra conta e seguir. Em menos de meia hora, recebi e-mail dizendo que tinha duas contas e seria banido for life. Isso sim é eficiência. Além de casos que nunca foram pagos . Se quiser dor de cabeça, vá em frente.
I have been using OneForma for a while now, and overall, I trust the company. The projects and opportunities they provide are good. However, I am experiencing some issues with their payment process.
The payment team responds very slowly, and my pending payments have still not been sent. Despite requesting a payment method other than Payoneer, I have yet to receive any response regarding this. I am still waiting for updates on this matter.
I continue to trust the platform in general, but the delays in payments and lack of communication are disappointing. I hope these issues get resolved soon.

This company is really bad! No matter which sub company is working with them, there is NO support at all..you NEVER receive any response to any email at all. They constantly send out complete useless hand off emails (pretending that there are tasks available), and when you enter the webapps, there are no tasks there! And of course no one ever cares about any information or response to emails..
I took the time to do a bunch of qualifications in order to receive project offers, which I eventually did and lots of them. While trying to apply for my first project, I got an error message stating my account was locked due to "suspicious activity". I've since learned that they use third-party IP checkers, and the one they use apparently classifies my IP as spam/fraudulent due to activity that occurred years ago, before I even moved into my place. If you get the same error message, you might as well delete your account right then and there because support will not respond to your emails. In short, I wasted a lot of time on qualifications for nothing, and their vendor support is completely unresponsive.
I worked and did not get paid. Despite having a valid Purchase Order (PO) issued on time and submitting my payment details well before the deadline, the platform kept the invoice window closed during the official submission period. This prevented me from uploading my invoice, PREVENTING PAYMENT
I tried multiple times to contact their support through emails, social media, and the help center but received no response. Even their official email bounced back, and their support system felt unresponsive and poorly organized. The lack of communication and transparency has been very frustrating and disappointing.

I have been working on MilkyWay for over a year now with France as my location. I have had no issues regarding my account until now.
Suddenly, my account has been disabled due to suspicious activity, which baffles my mind. I work in the same conditions in my home since I started and I have never used a VPN (I don't even know how to use one). I have contacted support several times since this occurred and there has not been any reasonable feedback

OneForma doesn't reply. The support team in non-existent. They disable your account because their automated system decides to. They are only worried about making money, not helping and supporting the people who work for them and make them money! Ridiculous company. Maybe a lawyer can get a reply from them.
I have pending payments in my Oneforma after completing lighthouse 2 and cherry opal tasks, my Payoneer account was closed, so Oneforma needs to unlink it so I can link a new one to receive payments. I mailed their payment support team with proof of ID and screenshot of current Payoneer account but there has been no response for weeks now . I still have pending payments and Oneforma keeps disturbing me to add Payoneer but they don't reply my mails to unlink .this is so sad

El proceso de revisión es nefasto. Te penalizan por supuestos "errores" en frases fuera de contexto y no te avisan del plazo que tienes para reclamar. La tarifa es irrisoria, el proceso de pago puede ser muy lento y es imposible comunicarte con ellos. No responden los correos. No pierdas el tiempo trabajando para ellos.
