Service is good mostly dependable and prompt. however I just made a $50,000.00
Purchased paying with Bitcoin .
Instead of purchasing the metal I requested it was put in my onegold acct. As cash. I then had to go back to my acct. and repurchase order for the metal .
This should not have happened. The BTC should have went directly to my requested metal order purchase instead of cash as it did. Please advise

I've been buying from onegold since…
I've been buying from onegold since seeing it's review on YouTube. I wanted a way to enjoy having gold and silver without needing to buy whole pieces. Onegold has made it so easy for me and getting money out has been just as easy as putting money in. I plan on using the company for years to come

My new savings account…
I love this option of collecting precious metals. Really easy to buy sell and cash out. No need to buy a safe or rent a safe deposit box at the bank. I do have physical metals in my possession for emergencies but one gold is now my primary holding and has replaced my savings account at the bank.
