buenas tardes, mi obsrvacion es que se tardan muchos dias para hacer efectiva la compra aun cuando algunos cobros los hayan hecho , en mi caso unas compras me las cobraron inmediatamente y se tardaron 4 dias habiles para hacerlas erfectivas en mi posicion, otras compras se tardaron en cobrar al banco aun cuando se hicieron en dias y horas habiles . Por otra parte seria bueno y muy conveniente para muchos de nosotros los inversionistas que tuvieramos la posibilidad de recibir las claves temporales en los correos electronicos, para liberarse uds. de responsabilidades, pudieran hacer que firmemos un documento de compromiso .

I like the fact that you offer ways to invest in precious metal in one lump sum or gradually, where it’s not such a burden on a persons budget. This is great, it allows a person who wouldn’t normally get invested in precious metals a chance to get positioned in them. And I really like when you offer the chance to buy at Spot prices periodically.
