Did try an alternative one-off trading establishment first. I found their systems cumbersome to use and staff largely disinterested in helping someone with no experience in selling a small parcel of shares. This was my first time using One Off Trades. The filling out of the initial form was a bit lengthy but I understand and accept the need for it. I was provided with valuable help / guidance from Holly throughout the process which made things easier.
