The worst customer service I have ever experienced
Bike dumped on my apartment door without being assembled. Delivery team called me once they had left to say they had just delivered. I asked the delivery team to return as they were only outside the building to which the chap just hung up.
I then arranged to have the bike collected as I would not pay a monthly subscription to a company that treats me like this.
The bike was collected on the 18th June and I am yet to receive any acknowledgment from Peloton. The refund hasnât been processed and they havenât told me theyâve received it either. The collection team were very understanding when I described what had happened as if they knew this was an ongoing problem with customer service.
Iâve sent Peloton multiple emails and they are yet to reply to me.
Iâm glad I opted for finance and didnât buy it outright as I feel I would have never got my money back. I have since cancelled my credit plan with the broker.
This experience has really upset me as I was making the switch from running to cycling due to multiple ankle surgeries and was really excited.
Itâs such a shame that such a brilliant product is let down by such poor customer service.
Peloton, if you do read this please action my refund!

Customer service virtually never responds to my email questions - even when I write follow-ups. Itâs very time consuming for me to follow up and I expected more from a £40/month subscription service.

I have been waiting for ages forâŠ
I have been waiting for ages for treadmill to be delivered. Peloton uses a company called XPO logistics to deliver the item to Cambridgeshire, one of the worst delivery company. They have called me to fix a delivery date and at the same time I made them aware very clearly that the delivery is to the "first floor". Two delivery guys have come and they said they have no idea that they have to deliver to first floor and warned me of tearing down the carpet. I didn't want to take risk and they didn't deliver. Now they emailed me saying that there is no other slot for atleast another 7 days. I don't understand why I have to wait that long after paying a premium price for these products. Such a poor choice of delivery company. It will take in total of 14 - 21 days for delivery. I am thinking of canceliing my order and better join a gym.

Just absolutely amazing. From start to finish the customer service is amazing. The quality of the product is fab and they put it together for me as well!! Classes are fun and makes working out really easy. As a busy mum of two working full time I can really focus on my fitness now. Thank you peloton!!

Amazing customer service! I had to pack my Peloton bike away while we had renovations done at home. I thought I had suspended my membership, but months later I realised I had not. I emailed with low expectations and got an instant reply with confirmation that I would receive a refund for the months I had not been able to use it. Amazing! Others could learn from this.

Customer service is a joke
Screen broke after 3 years, their customer service is honestly a waste of time, going around in circles. Provided all information and weeks down the line they still wasting the time, asking the same questions. Poor quality, money grabbing scheme for subscr. and even worse customer service.
Best piece of exercise kit EVER!
Iâm absolutely loving my Peloton bike! Itâs well made and looks sleek and professional. Delivery was smooth and painless and the delivery men were great in getting us all set up very quickly. Thereâs such a variety of classes with some really fantastic instructors. This bike is worth every penny!

Screen broke after <3 years and spent several hours talking to 4 different people at the help desk. They finally told me they will send me a new one, after I have complained of their initial offer to send me a replacement for £450! Still, no screen after days and no confirming of any shipment. For such a premium product supposedly member centric community, itâs not the type of customer experience I was expecting. Very disappointing
Peloton bike will change your life!
Iâve had my Peloton bike for just over a year and I absolutely love it. Itâs made a huge difference to how I approach my fitness, whether itâs a 30 mins class or a 2 hour endurance ride, it really suits my lifestyle. There are so many instructors to choose from you will find the one that suits you. Cody makes me laugh but I find. Matt Wilpers keeps me motivated on a 60 minute plus class.
I did have an issue with the screen but customer service sorted it out really quickly and sent me a new one.
Iâve now started to use the app more for non-bike rides (itâs part of the subscription) such as outdoor running, walking, yoga and strength training and I love it even more.
Given a choice between spending money on a Peloton bike or a monthly gym subscription Iâd choose the bike every time.

First faulty bike took 3 weeks to arrive, replacement another 2 weeks
Ordered the original bike 3 weeks ago, turned up damaged with paint on the handles, the courier didnât even unload it from the van and advised they couldnât deliver it faulty. They advised peloton would call me to discuss but this never happened so I had to call them direct. They basically placed a new order which will take over 2 weeks to arrive. Basically £1200 down and not expecting to see a bike for 5 weeks. Shocking service to be honest

Unfortunately the area is by the shield which you can not wipe down and peloton have excluded rust from their warranty. Pay monthly for subscription!
