Peloton experience !!! Amazing !!!
I have been promising myself a peloton for a while and made the plunge just before Christmas. I was seriously not disappointed !!!
The customer service was first class and the delivery and build equally as good.
The work out programmes are more fun than I expected and when I arrive home after long hours not only is it exercise but an excellent wellbeing opportunity to feel so good for the rest of my day.
Not the cheapest on the market âŠâŠ. But in my humble opinion the best !!

Peloton double the prices for their cycling app (app only 3rd party equipment) in Australia. But they do it so sneaky without proper notification. I have been a member for many months and in Dec 2023, my account was deactivated by Peloton even though I have maintained my subscription through Apple. Subsequently I found out they have created 2 tiers of membership and in order to enjoy what I have been subscribed to, I need to pay double. No thanks Peloton. I will ride my bike with some other apps.
Very poor customer service.
I bought my pelaton tread 18 months ago and the tread started loudly squeaking everytime i took a step. I recorded this and sent it to pelaton only to be told that the motor had failed and i now had to send them £1350 as my warranty had expired. I then phoned up again to complain only to be told that the motor was covered for 5 years under warranty but after reviewing the exact same video the tread will just need lubrication which will cost me £95 and they cannot give me a date as to when this will take place. I then complained asking why i was told by a colleague that i owe £1350 and he tried to take payment on the spot. This was ignored and i still have no appointment and a broken pelaton. Very poor customer service and sub standard product as for the price i would not expect the product to fail after 18 months without heavy useage. Would not reccomend.

Not even worth one star if I am honest. Customer service is non existent A lot of money for basically a load of rubbish. Delivered 12th December sat here today 4th January awaiting it to be put together so can be used.

Had a Peloton One appointment with Imogen, who took us through the options and we had a test ride on the bike, all questions answered and ordered the Peloton Plus package,
Using it is a joy, no more gym bag towels and kit to cart around, I jump on when I like both live class and recorded, both are excellent, oh and the customer service is exemplary, any questions or issues call or e mail and super prompt responses, only thing we had was my wifeâs shoes are too tight, next size up sent and received in two working days and UPS return label provided for the small pair,

Purchased two Peloton Treads and two Peloton bikes. Customer support post installation if you are unlucky to get a fault is absolutely disgraceful. As with most firms, support is outsourced and once finally got through to a lady named Alexandra in the Philippines it was clear all she knew how to do was a factory reset. I have no follow up even after escalating the issue and constant games and questions to avoid supporting. The tread is out of warranty and I do not mind paying but they will not even provide that level support. Given these are very expensive I would highly recommend an alternative commercial machine. I have actually gone back to my Echelon tread which is a 3rd of the price, has 2 years standard warranty and has had NO issues! Signed a furious long term Peloton customer!
Do not buy their apparel!
Ordered clothes from Peloton apparel back in November, as have done many times in the past as a result of great customer service but not anymore, Peloton customer service has changed greatly in the last year! I returned half of the order & I have proof they received it on 11th December but they are refusing to refund me for the items returned. I have contacted their customer service 5 times and not had one response. Unfortunately looking at other comments on here I am unlikely get one either so now I will have to get my credit card company involved. Itâs a real shame as I am a massive peloton fan & can not fault my experience on the bike but this has left a very nasty taste in my mouth. It makes the constant claims of being a âcommunityâ from every single instructor feel very untrue all of a sudden. It also makes me question whether they are having financial difficulties if they are that desperate to hold on to money that is not theirs.

Bike arrived on time. The guys installing the bike made sure it was up and running. Customer service at peleton was very helpful.
An extremally unprofessional company
I contacted customer cervices with an extremally simple request for information. The associate repeatedly refused to introduce themselves while asking me very personal security questions.
I was then told they cannot help me with my request. I asked if I could speak to manager. I was repeatedly told this will not be allowed because "the manager will tell me the same".
When I asked about how I can escalate the issue or file a complaint I was repeatedly told that I cannot file a complaint.
Terrible experience for replace parts
I lost some of my peloton bike screws during my house moving. So I ask them to replace for me. But the quote I got is really shocked me. Two Console Mounting Screw are charged for 20 GBP. Two Water Bottle Holder Screws are charged for 14 GBP. The weight holder screws they donât sell separately and you have to pay 38 GBP for a new one! What a waste! These prices are ridiculous high. Then I ask customer service to have the size of these screws, but the answer is they donât know about it. Unbelievable, they trying to make ridicules money for only some normal screws! I never have any experience like this. Iâll never ever recommend peloton to my family and friends and please avoid it unless you believe your peloton will never have any issue.

Delayed review, purchased my peloton tread in August. Excellent product, expensive, but I do believe you get what you pay for, but...despite the robust build, nice aesthetics and impressive sized screen, not to mention the many classes both live and pre recorded, the one MAJOR bugbear is the subscription. One month FOC, after that £39(I think)/month. Had it for a couple or 3 months and decided not worth my while as running at my on speed, not using the classes etc. Quite angry and let down by the fact that Peloton literally take away as much as they possibly can from the options available once the subscription ends. Only 2 sample classes are available (Don't care, don't use them), and a 'just run' option. Tbh just run is fine for me, but even this has been limited to not even allowing you to set run parameters by time, distance or calories burned. All options originally there during subscription. Further more, you could set programmed 'go to speeds' on the touch screen, they no longer save in the memory! Unless I'm very much mistaken (apologies to Peloton if I am), all I can now do is 'Just run' with no set parameters/goals. Yes the machine works fine, but if I had realised that I would have such limited options available to me without an ongoing subscription, I would not have parted with £3000. What I get out of this treadmill is actually less than I would from a machine retailing at £500. Add the fact that every time I switch it on, the first thing that happens is a message telling me to resubscribe, is just insulting. To summarize, great product, misleading, very disappointing experience, expensive subscription, ultimately feel like I've been 'done over'.
Faulty manufacturing, terrible service
Posting here as a review/last cry for help following an awful experience with Peloton.
Purchased my Bike+ just over two years ago, had issues since then that engineers came and fixed but nothing to the extent of the current one. Looking back it has become clear that I was sold a faulty piece of equipment.
Recently the metrics stopped working properly and after some troubleshooting an engineer was sent out again. Engineer comes and tells me the issue is with the âelectronic brake unitâ and Iâll have to call support line again when heâs left. Service over the phone was shockingâŠoverseas call centre, inability to communicate effectively, lack of empathy, callbacks promised that never happenedâŠeventually told via email that the fault meant I needed the entire frame replaced at a cost of £1400! Almost the cost of a new bike! Peloton taking no responsibility despite engineer saying it was a manufacturing fault, âout of warrantyâ is all they are saying.
Seems incredible to me that something costing thousands of pounds would break so quickly and the manufacturer would take zero responsibility. Complete waste of money, very sad and expensive experience that I hope others manage to avoid.

Pleased to take delivery of bike+, technicians very helpfully carried it upstairs and set it up. Easy to use screen. Useful that screen can swivel in order to access the wide ranging content and find space to do the many taster classes on offer.
