Bought the Aviator Onesie "extra small" & the Alps Soft Velvet Fitted Jumpsuit "small" and both suits are just fabulous. I am 5'6 and weigh 127lbs and my usual size is a medium. The sizing was based on the model and it worked out for me! 1 star removed due to the website conversion not working no matter what country is chosen so its deceiving when you see the US charge! I was told to choose USD for the Canadian currency which made no difference. The rep was kind enough to honor the 20% discount off my total which I had received for registering to compensate for the conversion difference. Overall I am truly satisfied with both pieces! Can't wait to wear them in the fall!

One onesie got a hole in in less than 24 hours (few hours wear).
One didn’t fit - followed returns process, took parcel to delivery point and they wouldn’t accept it as the customs forms weren’t the right ones. No help just told to follow process/use what was provided despite it being rejected. Onesie still packaged up in corner months later.

Absolutely brilliant onesie. The sizing was a bit tricky as I am quite tall and not skinny at all and I was choosing between S and XS. The quality is amazing and I was surprised that I haven’t heard of this company before.

Have ordered several times. First time unfortunately there was an error on the shipping companies part and they returned the item. One piece apologized for the shipping company error, which they did not have to do, and issued me a discount code. Next 2 orders went off without a problem and I love my onesies

I bought several oncies, which I really love. What I really dislike is that I received the Newsletter much too often. I have sent a note in this regard already and I asked to send the Newsletter only once a week or once in two weeks. They told me that it is not possible from IT side. Which I really dont understand. Thats why I cancelled the Newsletter and I did not by anything since then.
I dont remember the date when I have sent my mail to you and when I receive your answer. I guess it was autum/winter 2023.

These Pyjamas are extraordinary warm and beautiful, when they're new. If was love at first sight. But then you need to clean them and it's back to reality.
In order not to damage the fleece of these pyjamas, you have to :
- wash them closed and reverse
- water not too hot
- avoid high speed spinning
- avoid the tumble dryer ideally or very low temperature if you don't have a choice
What happened to me :
- The zipper of mine opened itself in the washing machine the first time (I should propably have used a protection net)
- To avoid the tumble drier, i hanged it in my garage (it was very heavy because the Pyjamas retain a lot of water), of course, it felt on the ground, i rehanged them and after two days, not only was it still wet (hello winter) but it also started to smell like old laundry forgotten in the washing machine.
I cleaned it again, put it in the tumble dryer at low heat and i got it out dry but the fleece really didn't look the same, the synthetic hairs started to end up in strands and the fleece wasn't smooth as originally.
It's just my regrets with these pyjamas, their design is awesome and they are really warm when new but they are really not easy to clean and to maintain in their original condition :(

I just ordered my seventh Onepiece. With each order, I remain an avid supporter of Onepiece's product range and company.

My review is a bit detailed in the service of helping others enjoy their comfortable and beautiful products.

Each of my onesies is of a different style in their range. I love the fit, comfort, fabric and quality of all of them.

I wear my Onepieces everywhere, not just at home. For example, I wear my black Original Velvet with short shearling boots for running errands and my black Fitted Velvet with tall boots for going out on Friday night. One and done in a flash and so very comfortable.

Fit:
It can be tricky to find your correct fit as each distinct style has its own sizing. For example, the Original Fitted 3.0 is sized somewhat differently than the Fitted Velvet through the body. What helps is (1) to know your height, measurements, and proportions, (2) compare yours to their charts and FAQ fit recommendations, (3) THEN look carefully at the fit on the models and note their height measurement (given) and body proportions (viewed) - this is easy to see as the models are consistently the same people, in a variety of shapes, and the photos are all clear and illustrative. If you take some time with this process, you will have better luck at ordering your correct size.

Sometimes it does take a few tries to find your correct fit in a style and it can be difficult to order multiple sizes at once if you are on a tight budget. I suggest two strategies. (1) Sign up for their promotional emails and wait for their flash sales, which happen quite regularly. (2) Be a little patient when emailing with Customer Care regarding an exchange.

Customer Care, Returns/Reorders:
Customer Care is via email (not phone or chat) from the Netherlands. This was a deterrent for me for about a year leading up to my first order. Once I did order, my experiences with Onepiece Customer Care have all been positive, productive and timely.

However, when gauging the response time it is important to take into account (1) the time of year (eg. holidays), (2) time zone difference, and (3) generally any email communication can run a bit more slowly than phone or chat, so be prepared for this.

If you do want to exchange a product, email Customer Care through the contact page on their site and they will happily and quickly assist via email with this process in a way that does not leave you hurting financially. It also helps avoid delays resulting from back and forth emails to include all of your order /return information and ask as many of the questions that you might need the answers to in a single email.

I have had consistently superior customer care from Johnny and Jayd for all orders, returns and reorders.

Suggestion: If you email Customer Care through the contact page on their website and you do not hear back in the timeframe specified, perhaps they did not receive your email due to some failure that would be futile to try to troubleshoot. You could clear your browser cookies and send a new request through their contact page, noting the date of your initial request. It has been proven to me over time that If they receive your email they absolutely will respond.
