OneTap Wireless sells projectors that do not work

OneTap Wireless sells projectors that are faulty regarding the screen navigation. After providing feedback for the first faulty projector they shipped, they issued me with a replacement projector which they state "had undergone quality tests". Infact, they decided to test a whole batch of projectors, which shows lack of trust in their product. The replacement projector arrived and has the same navigation problem. Despite all the evidence sent (videos) the company is now refusing to issue me with a return label to return the product. Rather they asking me to pay for postage myself for them to "inspect the faults". I have sent over 7 videos of both faulty projectors, and they have acknowledged there are issues in writing. Now they are trying to get out of sending a return label for shipping costs (which all online companies do). Do not spend your money on these projectors. The ACCC is now helping me address the concern as I do not trust I will get my money back. Not to my surprise all the customer reviews have been negative too. I will be posting this everywhere as they are doing wrong by poor customers like myself.

You don't get what you pay for

You don't get what you pay for. Purchased a tablet for my 3 year old grandchild as a birthday present. Not only it took more than 18 working days to arrive which is much longer than advertised, it came in a very old scuffed worn out box that is not suitable to present as a gift. I have sent them photos of the box to prove my claim. My belief is that they sent me a used tablet or a tablet that has been returned to them by another unhappy customer. The tablet itself had only 2 educational apps and you need to buy the other apps they show in their advertisement. They refused to refund my money. They stopped replying to my emails.

Just want to thank Onetap for there…

Just want to thank Onetap for there amazing support and compassion, when my son bday present ( mini phone) was smashed on delivery. They went above and beyond. The communication, empathy and customer service is not what you see in this world anymore. Thank you and keep on doing what you do. Your all amazing

Fraudulent Chinese Company

Fraudulent. Claim to be based on Australia but all products ship from a third party in China. They are unable to intercept orders to cancel or refund once placed as they then purchase the item from China to send. It's why they charge a restocking fee of 25%. Dodgy. Their policy states cancellations of orders need to be received within 30min of placing the order. I contacted within 7min but they only responded with an email meant for another customer which contained private and sensitive information about their complaint with One Tap Wireless. I still haven't received my refund and now they just stop responding. Avoid. Will be lodging complaints with ACA.

Don’t shop here - DODGY

They sent the wrong size iPad, wouldn’t email a return address and the contact phone number rings out every time. Emails went back and forth for three weeks which felt like they were trying for the 30 day return policy to expire. Wasted time in separate emails requesting my contact number, photo evidence of the cover not fitting, pictures of the iPad model number *YAWN* pah-leeese stop it OneTap! Don’t bother with this company!!! Worst online shopping experience and customer service to date.
Once I finally got a return address, I sent the iPad cover back they stopped communicating entirely!
Thankfully I purchased through Afterpay and One Tap didn’t respond to them either so I got a refund through Afterpay!! Shop elsewhere and don’t waste your time with One Tap, there are many other reputable online options. I ended up going through Amazon and finding a better cover and saw this cover at half the price so you could also add rip-off to this list of reasons not to shop here!

I brought a projector and Bluetooth…

I brought a projector and Bluetooth speaker over three weeks ago and it has not been delivered yous send me a review for something I have not received. I have tried to make contact several times no reply just your stupid farkn bot. Emailed still no reply I want my 300 plus dollars back My Order numbers are 15284 & 15285

Don't risk it. Unprofessional to the core

I bought a product that was 1-3 days delivery. I still have not received it its been 2 weeks and the tracking is 3 weeks. It was a gift that obviously didn't happen. Your customer service is shocking, they respond using untrue excuses and now they are even not responding and I was very polite.
What makes you think you can treat customers like this? I have paid and I have not received my order. I want a refund and i will not do business with you. Your too unrealiable. There are much better and more honest places to buy what I bought. I'm so disappointed that a Business like this even exist.

I will wait for my refund.

Thankyou One Tap! 💙

One Tap came up in my news feed after purchasing a projector through Movie Hub. I never received my projector from Movie Hub. After making a comment on One Taps post they quickly got in touch and let me know they are not affiliated with Movie Hub.

After lengthy conversations with One Tap, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a projector through them. One Tap went above and beyond to make sure it got to me in a timely manner and re assure any of my concerns through the process.

Today I received my projector. It is fantastic quality. I look forward to summer and sitting in the pool at night with the family watching movies or music videos, karaoke and even taking it camping.

Massive thanks to One Taps Staff for making this a smooth process, easing my anxieties and delivering what is advertised

Hi have been waiting for my tracking…

Hi have been waiting for my tracking order email for a week now I have emailed them several times?
I have also called the number advertised on there sites and it is not getting through strate to answering machine
I want my refund back asap plus I paid for express shipping and it's not even express
Dumb site don't waste your money

Multiple faulty units.

My units are ALL faulty (6/6), where charging light and charger stays powered, even when the device charging has been removed. Have to continually remove power cord to reset.

Seller refused to refund. Would not provide a return address even when asked for one multiple times. Eventually after sending the pictures and proof of the fault, they just ignored the broken units and asked me to leave a review instead. So here it is…. They do not honour their returns/refund policy. After involving PayPal and waiting weeks, they finally gave a Chinese address to PayPal, despite saying they are based in Perth, Western Australia. Still in the process of trying to sort out.

Avoid this company.

Edit:
In response to the reply from the seller, I do not have a mount go unit. The units in my order are 3 in 1 chargers, which have not been returned because the seller hasn’t given me the Australian return address. And nobody has assessed my faulty units.

Edit 23-2-24:
Still no refund from seller. Reply from the seller is not related to my order at all and is not true in any way. They have not emailed me or taken my faulty units back. I still don’t have a return address.
