Matthew replied to my request for help very promptly. He was able to help remotely which was convenient for me. His instructions were clear and helpful and he sorted out my problem very efficiently.

We have used this firm once before to service a laptop, they did a great job so we used them again this time when our main desk top needed attention as it was grinding to a halt. Highlights included a polite, cheerful and helpful manner at all times, a clear, non-patronising explanation of the work required and a quote which was accurate to the penny. My computer is now as good as new, and we will definitely use One Technician again next time.

Mathew rocked it. Hiring someone we didnt know, on the other side of the planet, and online was scary given they are handling so much of our business. While the initial concerns are justified he quickly displayed the abikity and availability to work hard and solve our technical problems. I dont think the guy sleeps. At all hours we had questions and at all hours he had answers. I highly recommend One Technician.

We are a small professional services company heavily reliant on trouble-free connectivity. One Technician provided outstanding customer service when we needed urgently to recover a Windows operating system. They were able to fit us into their obviously busy schedule promptly, were realistic about the timeframe to solve the problems, very easy and understanding to talk with, evidently knowledgeable, and delivered all they undertook to do as planned. This is all the more impressive as they did not know us (we found them on-line) and therefore we could not draw on an existing relationship. The quality of support One Technician provided has ensured that we will now be using them for all our future IT requirements.

Now that I am retired and no longer have company IT support people to attend to issues on my home computer and tablet I needed to find a local specialist to take over. Matthew is such a person. I am not tech savvy and he is patient, helpful, informative and reliable. It’s early days but so far I have been very impressed.

Absolute excellent service. Matthew came within two hours of my request for computer service.
He sorted out my computer problems, on my Mac Desk top, MacBook Pro Laptop and my iPhone, caused by PlusNet blocking my incoming Emails, for exceeding my allowance on their servers, within one hour, after I had spent several days myself, as well as talking to Plus Net on five separate occasions, to no avail.
I have no hesitation in recommending One Technician.
In addition I was extremely pleased to be able to use a local based company, rather than a countrywide company. In fact the company is based only 2.5 miles from my property.

Trying to find a local company that would do a little bit of adhoc work was harder than I thought, but Matt was on the case straight away. I needed to migrate my emails over to Microsoft Exchange which he did over an evening to ensure it didn't disturb my working day. Ensured it was all working with all folders transferred late into the evening. I cant thank him enough and would highly recommend.
