One scissor has a broken display and this display is not correctly fitted in the housing . This wau water can penetrate the mechanism.😭😥

Absolutely shocking experience with OneVan Tools.

I requested a cancellation within hours of ordering, fully in line with their own T&Cs — yet the item was still shipped anyway. Since then, dealing with their customer service has been a complete merry-go-round. Every reply either ignores the actual issue, repeats scripted apologies, or asks me to wait longer with no real resolution.

It honestly feels like their terms and conditions only apply when it suits them. Customers are expected to follow the rules, but the company clearly doesn’t.

I’ve wasted time chasing updates, repeating myself to different agents, and still no straightforward refund. What should have been a simple cancellation turned into an unnecessarily frustrating process.

Would not recommend — poor communication, poor accountability, and zero respect for their own policies.

I have initiated a chargeback with Amex as I feel they've breached my consumer rights.

ik heb reeds voor een kleine 600€ gereedschappen besteld en denk dat ik mij tot een goede klant mag rekenen, reeds 5 bestellingen gedaan. Het materiaal zag er zeer degelijk uit tot op het ogenblik dat ik een kettingzaag en snoeischaar in 1 pakket had besteld, bestelling OV23055. Het kettingzaagje heeft 10 minuten gewerkt en het was over en uit. Ik heb via mail de klantendienst gecontacteerd die mij om een video vroeg van het apparaat. Ik stuurde die door, daags nadien terug een mail dat ik nog een video moest maken dat vorige niet voldeed. Daags nadien terug een mail dat ik het toestel moest openen om te kijken wat het probleem was, ik ben geen technieker. Van een slechte service gesproken. Koop er nooit iets. Waar is de wettelijke garantie?

Diabolical service. Ordered a set of power tools they arrived with an EU plug charger.
Contacted the company who promised to send an UK charger.
Nothing arrived. Every day for the last ten days they've been sent the same message with pictures. Two human responses "we'll send the right chargers." Now it's automatic repeated responses (probably AI) wanting details and pictures. I have screenshots of every single conversation.How do you contact this company? Are they even in the U.K.?! Going to seek legal advice on Monday.

Great impact driver

I have send a mail to Onevan regarding a tool that is not working. I have also tried their chat and also to write a message on whatsapp and also a message via Facebook. Until now i haven’t heard anything from Onevan. Very bad customer service.

Wert und Preis war perfekt. Das geräte sehr gut funktioniert.

Ordered a 2800Nm red impact with UK plug, blue one came in instead ( not a big deal ) however it came with a EU plug which I cannot use , tried to contact company via email multiple times , social media , messages, and nothing , nobody is getting back , found it very poor and disappointing to spend over 100 quid on a something that i cannot charge and the company don’t even bother replying. Never again

Fast delivery highly recommend

Tool look's good but when I need to loosen the wheel bolt she just stop to work and I need to disconneet the baterry and put it back and do it again and again so doesn't work properly!
I am not satisfied and not recommend to anybody!!
