i sent you email regarding my order i received on the drill is one gasket is a bit come out i sent you pics and i cant receive a Uk charger plug you send me europe plug which is not sutable to use here plz find a solution Asap please you replace whole order or ?

An extremely useful little saw. No difficulties at all. Also note that one can have 3 replacement chains for a fiver.

There were no complete instructions with it. And no info on where to put chain oil etc

Impressed with the quality of the tools but abit dissapointed with the length of time it took with delivery

I purchased a cordless leaf blower. the flat end tube was damaged. I do not wish to return the item as it looks quite good and sufficient for my needs. However, I would like a replacement for the damaged part. I have contacted Amazon, unsuccessful in actually explaining the issue to a human, points deducted. More points deducted as cannot contact Yofidra, only by their chatbot. I am waiting for someone to contact me SOON!

Brought two impacts through Amazon, both packed up after 4 months, Amazon tell you to contact the manufacturer. They manufacturer said "go back to Amazon, nothing we can do" . Don't buy these tools.

Ho comprato una aspirapolvere a batteria su aliexpress di questo marchio pubblicizzata comme 2000W. Potenza impossibile per una aspirapolvere a batteria. Misuro la potenza che è in realtà 100W.
Lasciate perdere le loro specifiche imbrogliano!
