Habe weil es unübersicht war versehentlich ein Abo abgeschlossen. Nach Kontakt per E-Mail wurde am gleichen Tag die 47,90 € zurück ünerwiesen. Danke

Je me suis sentie piégée par ce site soi disant gratuit,qui commence par demander 0,50€ et qui le lendemain vous prélevé 49, 50€. Les conditions de cet abonnement sous 24 h de ce site soi disant gratuit ne sont pas clairs. Par contre suite à la réclamation effectuée, le sav a réagi très vite et a effectué un remboursement, ce qui est un point positif.

I was charged a small fee for one conversion and then without warning they signed me up for a monthly £47 subscription. I've now cancelled this surprise subscription via my account. I received an email confirming this. They have refunded the €47. Im terms of replying to my concern, responding promptly and reminding me, I can't complain. However, the company must make it a lot clearer what the actual deal is.

Como todos los que escriben de esta empresa, compré un servicio de 0.5€ y al día siguiente me habían cargado la mensualidad de 47,90€. Que la ponen en letra pequeña en la cuadricula de la mensualidad que uno no lee porque no lo va a comprar. El martes daré parte a la Policía si no devuelven el dinero

Mir ist gerade das Selbe passiert! Unfassbar! Abzocke! Kann man Minussterne vergeben??? Das ein Abo dran hängt, ist nicht ersichtlich! Schade! ich habe mich jetzt per email an den Kundenservice gewandt und hoffe, dass ich meine 47,90 € zurückerstattet bekomme! Das Abo habe ich gerade gekündigt, welches ich übrigens nicht haben wollte! Ich wünsche dem Unternehmen eine Kundenfreundliche Transparenz von Herzen!

En mi experiencia me quiero referir sobre todo a la rapidez del servicio postventa, Natalie en seguida canceló mi suscripción y me devolvió el importe de la cuota mensual, muy bien en este sentido.

Suite à un problème rencontré, la société m’a donné entière satisfaction dans la résolution du problème.

I converted a document and paid a small amount. when you sign the agreement for that, automatically you agree for monthly payment. I didnt know that. When i contacted them, they were cooperative and paid me back.

I paid a one time fee to convert 1 document & the next thing I know, I'm subscribed to a bimonthly plan. Absolutely piece-of- shit scam. Pure evil. They deserve zero stars.

I made a mistake concerning my subscription time, and by this error that I myself commited (myself alone) ended asking them for help.

They assisted me, and even did more than what I had right to, or even than what I could have expected!!!

Site frauduleux qui fait miroiter des conventions de documents pour 0,50€ et vous ponctionne dès le lendemain de 47,90€ pour un abonnement d’un .ois

Paid a small fee to convert something. I received crab that didn’t work. Next day your charger 47,90 EUR. Don’t use this scam. I hate how company’s work like this. I reported this matter to Visa. I do hope you’ll get fined for not giving proper information.

Non ho mai chiesto niente e mi trovo un addebito di 29 euro ...come hanno fatto ? Non ho capito . Sicuramente e' pericolosissimo perche' al momento io non avevo di piu' sulla carta. Non so chi siano cosa facciano ma sicuramente vogliono i soldi ...per cosa ? Io non ho chiesto nulla....

Publicidad engañosa. Cuidado con la letra pequeña "La prueba" es por 24h Desde Administración solucionaron rápidamente la incidencia.

Je n'avais pas fais attention qu'à l’issue des 24 heures et sans annulation de ma part, l'offre sera automatiquement renouvelée en abonnement sans engagement, au prix de 47.90 € par mois.
J'ai envoyé un message au service client leur expliquant que je n'étais pas intéressé par l'offre et donc l'abonnement a été résilié aussitôt et le remboursement en cours.

Ce convertisseur de vidéo apparait sur le moteur de recherche Google comme gratuit. C'est faux !
Dès la première tentative, et après enregistrement de l'adresse mail il réclame un premier débit de 0,50 €.
