I converted a file back 16 Month ago. For a price of 0.50€ and yes I paid with a Credit Card. What I did not know, the next day 47.90€ was deducted from that Card on top....but now its getting even better. Only now I discovered the same amount is deducted from my Card ever since,.. month by month! I did not even know i have a live account with Online Converter.

Hemos contratado un servicio de 0.50€ y al día siguiente nos han cargado 47,90€ por una suscripción no contratada. Parece que es una práctica habitual, no me parece algo limpio ni ético.

This company is a SCAM!!!
I made a 0.50 euro purchase to convert a file, which I could not finalize. There was no reply to my complaints. But the worst was still to come. On week later, out of the blue, they charged 47.50 euros on my credit card without my permission...., something I which I never ever allowed!!
Do no fall on the same trap or believe any lie they reply to this review. They are a bunch of scammers!

I had an issue with a payment related to a subscription that I wasn’t paying attention to. I contacted customer service, and resolved the problem and refunded my money without any hassle. Their support was efficient and professional, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled, as the situation was stressing me out and it was quite a sum.

Por error mio me suscribí, contacté con atención al cliente, me cancelaron la suscripción y me han devuelto el cobro.
Son serios.

Franchement à fuir tu es censé payer 0,50€ pour convertir un document mais tu te retrouves avec une abonnement à ton insus de 47€. Impossible de les appeler et la réponse par mail en moins de 24h c’est un mensonge. JE VEUX MON ARGENT !

Super, je n'avais pas fait attention à l'abonnement au moment du reglement et en contactant le sav du site j'ai eu l'explication et donc l'annulation de mon abonnement et le remboursement. Merci Nathalie

Solamente lo use una vez pagando 0,50€ para un solo documento y han estado dos meses cobrando 48€ sin yo haberlo contratado. No responden a los correos y procederé a denunciar

I was charged incorrectly but after I contacted them I was given the money back. The costumer service was fairly good.

Siete dei truffatori, siccome mi sono già cancellata spero solo che non proverete ad addebitarmi altri soldi, in più il file che volevo non me lo avete fatto. Deplorevoli! Perfavore qualcuno li faccia chiudere!

En plus de faire de la publicité mensongère en clamant la conversion de vidéos GRATUITEMENT (spoiler : non), voila que si vous ne lisez pas les caractères taille 6 en bas de l'écran, vous vous verrez débité de 47€ sous 48h. Un conseil : fuyez.

When you pay 0.50€ for the service you accept without prior notice a 47.90€ mensual subscription. They hide these monthly payments in order to scam you.

Utilicé su servicio para convertir un archivo puntual, el precio de 50 céntimos me pareció justo, por desgracia me empezaron a llegar cargos de casi cincuenta euros y no me di cuenta hasta transcurridos dos meses ya que ellos no te envían ninguna notificación por correo electrónico de que hacen los cargos.
La realidad es que consiguen suscripciones mediante el engaño y las mantienen mediante la ocultación de los cargos que van realizando. Tienen toda la apariencia de unos estafadores y hay que mantenerse lejos de ellos.

Excellent service, et très grande disponibilité du personnel si besoin . Je recommande.

On oublie de vous dire qu ensuite on vous prélevé 47,90 euros par mois

Positive: Your response was quick and satisfactory. Communication has been fluid and fast. The conversion service is effective and quality.
Negative: Deberían put in a visible place that pays 0'50 of a conversion to subscribe automatically. I believe it is a fraudulent and deceitful practice. That's why the 3 stars
