Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.

We’d like to clarify that the product listing clearly stated “brand may vary”, which is in line with our substitution policy. This is sometimes necessary to ensure prompt delivery and continuity of treatment when specific brands are unavailable such as alternate, high-quality brands to fulfil orders promptly.

Regarding the damaged item, our team did request photographic evidence, which we require to process a refund or replacement in accordance with our policy. Unfortunately, we did not receive the images needed to move forward with this.

We're always happy to resolve issues fairly and quickly when the necessary information is provided. If you'd still like to submit the photos, we’d be more than willing to review your case again.

Thank you for your review.

We’ve reviewed your order, and can confirm that the size selected at checkout via the dropdown menu was the 50g tube, which is what was dispatched.

The 500g pump size is priced significantly higher, and our system only charges for what is selected by the customer during the ordering process.

We understand your frustration, but we can assure you that there was no attempt to mislead or overcharge — the item sent matches exactly what was selected and paid for.

We have also searched our inboxes and call logs, and we’re sorry if our team did not follow up with you in a timely manner — that is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

All orders are appropriately accepted or rejected by our clinical team based on medical grounds, in line with UK pharmacy regulations.
As a fully licensed and regulated pharmacy, we are obligated to decline the supply of medication where it may be unsafe or unsuitable. This is made clear in our consultation, rejection policy & ''How it Works'' page, which exists to protect patients from potential harm.

Please be assured that your payment was fully would have been refunded after the rejection —under our rejections policy.

We are not a scam company. We are a registered UK pharmacy, regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and operate with qualified pharmacists and trained support staff. While we are a small team, professionalism and safety are always our top priorities.

We understand it can be frustrating when an order is declined, but our priority is patient safety.

Your order was rejected by our clinical team, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations, as part of our duty to ensure the safe supply of medication. As communicated, your refund was processed within the advised 24–48 hours timeframe on our end.

Sometimes, depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 2–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account. If you haven’t yet received it, we kindly recommend checking with your bank directly.

We’d also welcome the opportunity to investigate this further — if you could contact us with your order number, we’ll be happy to confirm the refund status.

We’d like to clarify that your order was not approved for dispensing due to a mismatch in the names provided, which prevented us from completing the prescription safely in line with regulatory requirements.

As per our records, your order was refunded, and the transaction has been processed back to your original payment method. If you have not seen the funds appear yet, we recommend checking with your card provider, as some banks may take several working days to reflect the refund.

We can not find you name or order on our system so please do contact us via telephone as we do believe you have the wrong pharmacy.
