Much-needed medicine

I was able to get some liquid ibuprofen, which I wasn't able to source in any shops locally. This has been a real asset to the medicine cupboard for my daughter, who doesn't require medication often, but is unable to tolerate tablets and capsules. The service was easy to order from after answering a thorough questionnaire ensuring the medicine was suitable, and arrived swiftly.

Less stressful than my local chemist

My local chemist was having trouble sourcing a brand of tablets that I could tolerate, I was getting quite stressed as I'd nearly run out. SimplyMeds Online were very helpful and delivered a brand I could use by next day delivery. I've been dubious about ordering meds online but in this instance it was really easy and fast.

Disappointed

Unfortunately this was my first and last time using this company.
I initially tried to place an order, but the website kept continually crashing. I stubbornly persevered (in hindsight, wish I hadn't!)
Then almost got charged twice as the initial charge had not been confirmed.
I also did not receive a confirmation email. I decided to phone directly to enquire if my order was successful, which it was. Also when to expect the order?
The lady I spoke to was really lovely. My only positive experience.
When I received my items....the shelf life was appalling!! Unfortunately I will not be able to use them all as the shelf life was only a few months!!! The amount I purchased should have lasted me at least 12 months.... A VERY EXPENSIVE negative waste of time and money.!!!
