STAY AWAY!!
I booked a ferry transfer and pick up with them. My pick up was due between 7-7.30am, therefore i was waiting from around 6.55am. I rang them and e-mailed at 7.40am. They told me to wait while they contacted the driver. I waited 15 minutes then tried to call twice but they didn't pick up. I got a call from them at 8.25am saying the car had broken down. They offered me an alternative pick up at 12.30pm. I took this as there was no alternative. They paid the cost of the ferry transfer. However, once again the driver did not turn up. I phoned at least three times. The driver eventually turned up at 1.15pm. I got on the ferry, however i had lost 5 hours of the trip and i was only away for one night. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

Dear Shanika, thank you for your feedback. We were informed already about this situation, we apologized for the inconvenience. Yes, it was a problem with morning transport, so we offered you to go by the afternoon ferry to Phi Phi, you agreed. You booked the share transfer, so sometimes a bus can late because has to collect people at different hotels in Phuket.
We are very sorry in any case.

unreliable company. bought a trip with them and after driving in two hours we find out that it's not the trip we had ordered sorry it's called fraud and that's what your company is
